I have just gotten home from dinner at this amaaziiing restaurant.iam absolutely in loss of words and probably won't do justice if I don't express exactly how brilliant this place is!!!🤩🤩couldn't stop myself from writing an immediate feedback they deserve!!

Before you enter there's a sweet little patio setting! would be wonderful to enjoy brunch/lunch on a sunny day! Very courteous staff,as soon as we entered,staff made sure we got a table immediately!gave us a very pretty table right across the bar! Fresh bread came instantly at our table! They'd ask for more the second they spot the basket empty! Super efficient! 😉👌👌

About the menu: very crisp.not complicated at all.there is absolutely nothing they can't pull off! Twas my friends birthday dinner and the team went out of their way to make it special!!!🥳🥳

We ordered fried mozzarella sticks for appetizer.crispy,less oil, appropriate cheese pull! For mains we ordered fettuccine Alfredo, pasta primavera and baked eggplant parmigiana with cheese tortellini all vegetarian and all BOMB (can't think of a better word).good portions (doesn't happen everywhere) for the price🤑🤑...tried the minestrone soup as well, again very well made!!

For dessert ordered the apple crisp and was heaven!!wanted to eat more but I was full!! Best place for birthdays and anniversaries👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨🥳!!they make it exxxxxtra special! Vito's Trattoria brought me straight back to Sunday dinners at my nonna's house.

From the moment I walked in, the place felt familiar -- warm lighting, classic decor, and that unmistakable aroma of garlic, simmering tomatoes, and something good on the stove. I came here on a quiet Thursday evening with my wife, and we ended up staying longer than planned just soaking in the atmosphere.

I ordered the Vodka Pollo on a friend's recommendation -- perfectly al dente pasta, creamy sauce with just the right balance of heat and richness, and generous portions of chicken that were tender without being overdone. My wife had the Carbonara, and we ended up sharing plates like we were at home. Everything was beautifully plated -- you can tell someone in the kitchen really cares.

Service was impeccable. Our server knew the menu like the back of his hand and had great wine pairing suggestions (we went with a Montepulciano that worked beautifully with both dishes). The staff moved efficiently but never made us feel rushed -- it felt more like being taken care of than just being served.

The only minor thing: parking took a bit of circling, but honestly, once you're inisde, you forget about it.

I love this place! I had their Halibut fish special. Amazingly prepared. So moist! Never had it so well cooked. Delicious clam chowder soup and green salad too! Dessert waa creme brulee was tasty but quite bitter. I think it was burned? Mousse was much much better.

Staff is wonderful. I wanted to treat my husband to a special night out after a week of hard work. He was suppose to return from an east coast conference on an early Friday evening. I booked a table for an hour after flight. Unfortunately, his plane sat on tarmac for another hour after landing 10 min late. No gate for them at SJC! I called up Vito's to apologize. They graciously offered to hold my table another 15 min but assured me they would still seat us even if I was still a bit late. We showed up 30 min later! They still greeted us with smiles. We probably looked intensely stressed out from the airport saga. They did a superb job of providing a relaxing ambience. This is the place to go to get away from the valley stress!!
