Let me start by saying, this is a really good burger. It's not the best I've had (that privilege goes to Fatburger) but for the price, a triple patty behemoth like this is amazing. They don't skimp on the toppings, either. I'd love to see a few more options in the future, like mushrooms, lettuce, and tomatoes, but what they have here is a fantastic start. The fries, on the other hand... leave something to be desired. The idea of sprinkling pepper on the fries is novel and works well, and the sauce is great, but the fries themselves are far too thin, which causes them to be both dry and oil-soaked at the same time. Somewhat unpleasant. The website they have set up is really convenient. It works better than most mobile apps and doesn't force you to install any crap. As for the service, my friend ordered a milkshake, but it wasn't ready by the time we arrived. No problem, that makes sense; you wouldn't want it to melt in the meantime. But the cashier kept telling him he was just about to make it, while continually forgetting and going to ring up other customers. It took a few stern words and about 20 minutes for it to come out, by which time the rest of us had finished eating. There's a lot to like about Dough Burger. I understand they're a new place that's exploded in popularity, and they just got their brick and mortar store, which is really cool. Keep those prices low and improve on the fries, and you'll do just fine, no need to...

I woke up fron sleep and the first thing I thought about was having a delicious burger and fries with a chocolate milkshake to wash down my meal. I looked at the clock and it said 1am. I was super excited as this burger joint was down the street so I had time. I get there at 1:16am to ask the couple in front of me if they were waiting... it's not even 1:30am and the guy said sorry we can't take your order because the had so many orders. It was crowded and I was rejected in front of so many other customers. If they weren't even going to take other orders they should of put a sign up or locked the doors! I was embarrassed and wanted to cry. I was also starving. There was a day I went 2 times to eat in 1 day! I was loyal. So after this incident... I wanted to take or message them via customer service... there is no option for feedback or customer response but this review. This was the day I wanted more than one burger. I understand it gets busy.... however, if you didn't run out of food and the restaurant is still open. Serve until the time written on the doors. Or if you deviat from that... close the doors. Don't embarrass your loyal customer. I am now in my feelings wondering if I should delete all my videos and pics supporting y'all on social media.... very heartbroken customer...

First off I want to say I’m happy for the owners that they have finally opened a physical storefront. The food is just as good as I remember. Affordable and delicious, however their employees were some of the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever seen. I went around midnight on a Tuesday so I understand that it could be slow, but I couldn’t believe how insanely unprofessional the employees were behaving. They were very nice when I ordered. As soon as I sat down they started yelling in the front roll playing as upset customers as well as using their phones WITH their food handling gloves ON. Then a group of employees went out to the parking lot and were literally running around like kids. One of them moved their car to the handicapped spot and began revving their extremely loud car INTO the open front doors. As if all of this wasn’t extreme enough one of them started smoking weed with some of their friends that pulled up. Once they walked in it was VERY strong. If I was the owners I’d be embarrassed. It’s absolutely insane that people think it’s ok. The owners should fire whoever is in charge late hours on weekdays or at least look at the cameras. Very disappointing to...

Dough Burger brings a hip-hop vibe to the classic burger joint, and it’s clear they’re doing things their own way. The menu is straightforward and easy to navigate — no gimmicks, just solid options. I went with the Double Dough Burger, and it didn’t disappoint. The patty was juicy and flavorful, perfectly complemented by their secret sauce, which had a familiar but satisfying taste. The fries were crispy and golden, exactly how I like them — the kind you can snack on even after you’ve finished your burger. The location couldn’t be better — right across from the light rail station and just a short walk from the local casino. It’s convenient and feels like a natural hangout spot for locals and visitors alike. While the overall experience was great, there’s a small sense that something’s missing — maybe a signature twist or a standout element to set it apart completely. Still, the vibe, the flavor, and the potential are all there. I wouldn’t be surprised to see another Dough Burger location pop up in the near future.

TLDR: Would go for the burgers, everything else was mid. Nowhere else except at Dough Burger can you find a triple patty smash burger for $6.99 AND open until 1:30 AM. Service was quick and great, location had limited seating. Music playlist was superb. Triple Smash Burger ($6.99): Thick meat patties with a generous serving of pickles (you have to ask for lettuce and chopped chile separately), the burger was greasy but savory. The patties had a strong beef flavor and the cheese was not overwhelming which is rare to find in other burger places nowadays. Only critiques would be that the buns get soggy too quick and to be slightly more generous with the sauce. Smash Fries ($6): Underwhelming for its price, it had a beef smash patty, pickles, and some smash sauce but not enough. Root Beer float ($5.99): overpriced for a root beer float, would not get again because it was flat and not cold enough.
