Bun's Burger Shop — Restaurant in San Juan

Rhis is my second time here... I am a local... I was in a hurry and sweating do I entered to BUNS... As I was ordering the clerk avoid eye conyact and just responden automatically. She was in her phone as the other 2 clerks. Ad I ordered I remembered that tje food last time wasn't good and made me feel a bit ill. As I sat I start seeing that the place is almost empty and that the floors and tables were dirty, also the windows are all covered in mold and dust they don't clean in nor inside or outside. The ordered came with the wrong cheese and the bun was old and stale. They made a new one... The mushrooms are HORRIBLE!! LOOK THE PHOTOS! They must be fake process mushrooms. They just taste like old burned oil.

I couldn't eat the bread nor the mushrooms and the sweet potatoes were not sweet they were so salty. Look my photos... I am using too much of my time in this terrible food experience. Here I am copy pasting another post that also express my 2nd experience. the food was terrible, normally I am not one to waste food but I could not even eat the burger and fries that I ordered. To add on to this issue the people and staff in this restaurant were some of the rudest people that I had come into contact with my whole trip to Puerto Rico. The young women who was taking my order wouldn’t even bother to look me in the eye when I was speaking to her and the only words she could muster were yep and sure. The most the staff did was chat with each other in the back leaving me waiting for multiple minutes to order my food. The meal and trashy food was also SUPER expensive and I payed way too much money for some nasty, tasteless, cold fries and a burger with a bad tomato and stale bun. I do not know how this restaurant had gotten 4 stars because my experience here at buns was terrible and I advise you...

The burger and fries itself were actually quite delicious but the employees were not very pleasant and apparently the AC was broken so they wouldn't allow us to sit inside and wait for our food or eat it there when we received it because they didn't want us to complain... I guess that's not going to work out for them! It was a hot and sticky day and we just wanted to sit and lunch and thought let's give it a try needing the grease from a cheeseburger. There were other people sitting inside when we ordered our food so it made no sense why we were no longer able to sit after we paid them. I was also extremely thirsty as i waited for my drink after receiving my number and payed for my meal they did not give me my drink and I was told to wait outside. It took almost a half hour to receive my food and drink and then when we tried to sit inside and they said no again. We had to walk down the street and sit on a dirty curb to eat our meal... Was by far my worst dining experience while traveling in...

DO NOT GO TO BUNS UNLESS YOU WANT TO EAT THE MOST DIABOLICAL, ROTTEN, NASTY FOOD EVER!!!!!
