Typically I leave 5 star reviews and rave about how great service. Dishearteningly, I write that this was by far the worst dining service I've experienced. Only writing this to provide recommendations to folks coming in on how to have a better experience than my group did. We made outdoor dinner reservations and were seated inside. The minute we sat down we were rushed twice to order our drinks and appetizers; neither came to us for over 35 minutes. They were out of the special cocktails, and the standard ones we ordered were subpar. I'm not sure how a dirty martini can go wrong twice but it did. They are on a strick 9pm closure time because of covid? and our food was not delivered until 945. When it came, we were told we were not allowed to request another drink to eat with our meal nor dessert, even to go. Our waitress was unpleasant to us through the entire experience- didn't bring proper sikverware/napkins, attempted to remove plates we were still actively eating, was overall unattentive. I've worked as a waitress for the last 9 years so I understand a stressful shift - but this was not one. Tables were relatively empty as they were not being cleared, and they were at low capacity so she certainly didn't have too many tables to take care of.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food truly was good. All of our meals were excellent. And the decor was great.
My recommendation for future patrons is to eat here only for bottomless brunch where you'll be drunk enough to not care about poor service.
My recommendation to mgmt is to not accept reservations if you won't be able to give them the service they deserve for the prices you charge. You should also ensure your staff is properly trained for last call as well...

It’s a GREAT spot for a calm business or casual breakfast in Miramar! The service is top level and the decor is a modern take on Art Deco.
This is a locally run & owned restaurant…you’re going to get the BEST cup of coffee here (Alto Grande) and free refills are standard. Try their Buttermilk Pancakes with Fresh Berries, (you ask for a half order if you’d like - two pancakes for $7.00 - perfect for my friend and I to share). I enjoyed my sunny side up eggs ($4.00) and my friend got the Breakfast Special featuring 2 eggs, breakfast meat of your choice, Hash Browns and choice of bread (including the not-to-be-missed Puerto Rican Mollorca roll with butter and powdered sugar), all for $15.00.
Their bar area is great for solo diners, I are there last week and met up with a friend for a business meeting. Have to say, the place didn’t get busy until 10AM so come early for the peace & quiet. After 10AM, many people who are guests of the hotel come down when the menu switches to Brunch.
This would be a great place to dine before catching a movie at Caribbean Cinemas Fine Arts Miramar Theatre or, for anyone catching a concert at the nearby Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
It’s classy all the way! Try it. You won’t be disappointed. And, if you’d like to dine by the pool, that’s available to you too.
Say hello to Amber 👑 for me! 🏆 The entire staff is well trained and terrific and the Chef is excellent! Never a long wait here. 😀 BRAVO,...
Read moreFor me it has been a hit or miss. The first time I came for brunch the food was delicious and I came back for dinner with friends, that time food was still good, but did not blow me away, ordered a pasta with plantain and meat ragu, dont remember all ingredients, but drinks were fire, bartender made us a delicious coquito with ron barilito. But last time when I came with my family was a total miss, ordered a ceviche with coconut and pineapple, that was a crime, I felt sad cause fish was evidently great quality but that sauce was just bad, it needed acid so badly, imagine eating raw fish with a sweet creamy taste, the kitchen should have tasted that, just needed lime really badly, the kan kan for me was just to much, but I know locals just love to eat on excess, but rice was super greasy, so for me a fried pork with greasy rice is not a good mix, was just not balanced. So it has been a rollercoaster for me here, really good and bad experiences overall. Their menu is really creative, but if you are gonna be creative just make sure it makes sense and it tastes good. Overall this is a great place to eat upscale puertorican food, my advice will be if you are a foodie like me, be careful with your curiosity and just order things that make...
