Every time I visit El Paseo de la Princesa in Old San Juan, I go straight there. It’s become more than just a meal it’s a cultural experience I look forward to every time I’m in the area.

This is the only pinchos place I could easily find walkinh in VSJ. It's basically a pop-up, a grill, and some ice chests. But the pinchos were great and made fresh. And he has an assortment of sauces for them. There is also a small selection of other options - hamburgers, arepas de coco. These are distractions; you need to focus. 2 pinchos de pollo with spicy mango. Your face will melt. Your lips will tingle. And you will live!

These are hands down the best pinchos in Puerto Rico! They’re not your average skewers — you get to choose from a variety of handcrafted sauces made by the chef, and the seasoning is absolutely on point. They’re big, juicy, and full of flavor.
