River China — Restaurant in San Juan

Second attempt months later. Fried rice was inedible. Sesame chicken was absolutely awful. I was really hungry and needed to eat food in a hurry so I had some of the meat. French fries included for some reason. Absolutely dismal food. Threw most of it out. And not cheap....$14 with a water bottle. The ladies there are very nice. But that fried rice. They should close the place. I'm serious even the ingredients are wrong. I've never tasted such bad rice. They need somebody new in charge of the cooking. In case you think I'm not a good reviewer for this kind of food, I live most of the year in New York City and we have maybe 10 or 12 Chinese delivery places and dozens of other places to visit, including a few Chino Latino places. Even the most mediocre food is edible. So boycott this place until it gets better.

Had high hopes for the new place in the neighborhood. Food was utterly terrible. I'll give them a visit again once they train their cooks. Decor ok. Could have been nicer. By the way, some of the five star reviews are by people that only give five stars to everything they rate. Wonder what's...

Horrible! Place just opened and looks dirty, did not finish cleaning after construction. Order was dispatched in closed bags and was missing one plate although asked 3 times if complete. Had to return after getting to the house. Fried rice probably worst ever tried, family size only had diced ham (no egg, carne ahumada, lettuce … literally only ham)....

Usualmente no me gusta poner los sitios como malo, yo soy muy exigente con mi comida a la HR de gastar mi dinero... fue hoy mi Primera ves y les cuento jamás, en mi vida he visitado un lugar chino que cocinen tan y tan malo... Hoy fui por pollo brócoli el cuál lo hacen en salsa blanca para nada que me gusta el pollo o lo que sea Pálido.. pues me dirigí a una de las chicas lo más amable que pude ella con corteza me dice es que aquí es con salsa blanca ok no hay problema pero quiero salsa negra.... "El caso es que la que está en el counter le deja saber al chino o no se quien, y el de allá dice algo que ni idea"...

Bueno me lo cambian si pero jamás cambiaron la orden el pollo sabía a pescado horrible el olor y el arroz blanco omg fatal. Y ahora mi plato de comida con pollo pálido junto con salsa negra mixto que bello es todo. El pollo olía súper mal , al fin; deje toda mi comida y lo triste que es gastar dinero y no comer. Bote todo. Al final no hay quien se lo coma y hasta dolor de estómago me dió los catintos que me comí....
