Worst sandwich shop in San Marcos. The staff is very rude especially the MANAGER. from the start young lady behind counter got an attitude when I asked her what kind of bread it was she said white or weat im asking if it was sourdough or flour. And from the jump I told I never been there. So they staff was laughing at me for asking questions about what kind of sandwich it was. Why is that funny.? Then I wanted to buy a water and it's a $3 minimum on a card. So I tossed like 6 bags of chips to equal up to $3. No signs posted stating this. I believe they just didn't want to assist me called me a child for tossing chips on the counter to accommodate their rules and the MANGER got all offend. the staff continued to laugh at me. Talk about my status my dog my family and my children. This is the worst experience I ever had. And then he told me to leave and I already paid for my food he said he wasn't giving my money back or my food. He said call the cops. Like why does even need to get to this level. Please if you will not offer curbside pick up and pay over the phone that you not let customers wait inside the dining area for their food! Isn’t fair to those who would like to order food still and be safe. I called for curbside and you don’t offer. But I placed an order for pick and had to wait twenty minutes for everyone to clear out before I could pick up my meal and feel somewhat safe. As for the employees having friends sitting inside the building chilling and drinking soda. I feel they should be required to keep their mask on at all times like your signage states. Please do better to protect the safety of your customers, and make it possible to order curbside. Wife and I stopped by today 5-24-18 at about 630 pm and was shocked by the filthines of the place there were only two tables acupied by customers . So it wasn’t busy at all . We saw dirty tables all over the place I don’t thing we found one clean table to set at . Wow we thought . The guy at the cash register looked like he was to involved in his conversation with someone that stopped by to talk to him from the hood that he didn’t even pay attention that we couldn’t find a clean table to set at . Food all over the floors look like it hadn’t been cleaned all day . If I were the owner I would be concerned about my managers over seeing this . Clearly no one cares ! Will not ever go back.
