Me and my sister went inside to get something to eat real quick and were informed they were out of several vegetables (which was fine) there was one employee in the store so I felt a little bad for him until later in the interaction. The whole time weāre ordering he is making very uncomfortable and unnecessary amounts of eye contact. I was getting pretty mad and started thinking heās just lazy as more people came in after us and he told them the same about the vegetables and that he was about to cut up more before we walked in but after the line cleared up he did not cut more vegetables, instead he chose to put on a weird love song and get on the table behind us to turn up the music and while doing this making more eye contact with my sister. Very weird little boy. He then walked over to the front windows to watch a group of women get out of their car and talk to himself. Needless to say it was a very uncomfortable situation....

I called the store and let them know. They tell me to bring it back and they'd make me a new one. I inform the person that I can't return because I was at work and that I'd come by the next day (today). I return today and although they did remake the sandwich she charged me the difference between the two sandwiches. Since when did businesses stop compensating customers when they (the business) mess up? I've been working in customer service for a long time and the customer is supposed to be made right is what I was always taught. When we entered the location it was clean and the food smelled good walking in the door. We came to the order line start point and the server was friendly and ready to go. We made our orders and two servers went through our orders quickly and had our sandwiches ready within minutes. Only reason the location didn't get a 5 Star was the server running the register was new and me as the customer was having to tell him what the pricing was pointing out the combinations on the menu board. Thats not a bad thing but I had to do it four times, 2 times for each sandwich combo ordered. The only difference in the combos was the bread and the type of chips the meat was the same. That was a little much one time for each combo maybe not 2...
