Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Marcos

HORRIBLE STAFF!!!!

I ordered 2 pizzas using the app on my phone for carry out. One was the Super Supreme and the other was a 3 topping. Upon arrival, my BF and I paid full price plus a $5 tip, then my BF noticed diced tomatoes on the super supreme pizza. I immediately grabbed a menu and checked, sure enough, diced tomatoes were NOT supposed to be on the pizza. Connie did not even apologize! And the manager ignored us! We waited 15 minutes for a new pizza to be made correctly...our other pizza sat on the sideline, getting cold during the wait. Nothing else was done for us. The mistake pizza was not even given to us to take home. We were treated like it was our fault they made the super supreme with diced tomatoes. AS IF! We even told Connie that my BF is allergic to tomatoes. The sauce is ok, but actual tomatoes will hurt him. We were given nothing for this inconvenience. We paid full price, no money back, no free pizza for next visit, no free dessert to take home...nothing. We took home the 2 pizzas we ordered and nothing else. Worse service ever! No apology given, and making us feel like we are the responsible party for the mistake...such horrible service! I HIGHLY recommend you take your business elsewhere. Little Cesar's is across the street near Walmart...I have never had bad...

I'm a college student in the town this particular Pizza Hut is located & don't eat out much, so when I do, I expect it to be pretty amazing. I didn't mind the drive to this location because Pizza Hut had never disappointed me before, & wouldn't start now...or so I THOUGHT. I went to this location to pick-up, it was extremely tight with no parking. I parked in a random spot because I figured I'd be in and out. WRONG. There was heavy traffic, as expected for a Friday night, & the employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Me & another gentleman walked in at the same time & it took us FOREVER to get acknowledged. We only got serviced because one of the waitresses HAPPENED to look in our direction. I got my food, and it was TERRIBLE. The wings had more fat than meat, tasted old. Worst wings I've ever had in my life...and I usually look forward to getting the wings from Pizza Hut. My pizza was good, but deceivingly small and unevenly cut. I literally winced as I ate. If I'm going to ingest hundreds of unwanted calories at an establishment, I expect the food to be good and the service great. So...

i ordered a pizza online and went into the store to pick it up while on my lunch break. i walked in, told them my name to retrieve my order and was told that it would be another 10 minutes. they were pretty busy, so i paid and sat down to wait. half an hour later, i asked them where my pizza was and was told that it had not been made, though i saw several people who came in after me get their food and leave. at this point i was late in returning from my lunch break. i asked for a refund. they said that the manager who needed to do the refund was on break and asked if i could wait. i could not, so they took down my name and number and told me that they would call me. i told them that was fine, and went back to work. it's been over a week and i have received no call. i went into the store and they told me they have no record of what happened. so they took my money, and did not give me the good that i paid for. i had extremely awful service. none of the staff seemed to care that i was banking on the food i ordered almost an hour prior to be my meal for that day. i won't be going...
