I went to this taco cabana at 9:30 AM on July 29 And every single employee was rude, but one really stood out. I have no clue what her name is but when I went through the drive-through, she was very aggressive in her tone already and I ordered my food no problem but when I left the drive-through, I realize there were no straws in the bag and then we’re hand it to me so I pulled around the front and the line was super long and it was going very slow today so I called the store and I asked them to bring me out two straws because I couldn’t go in and the lady told me well the drive-through is open. You can come in and get them. And I said no can you please bring them out to me I cannot go in and she said well I guess. Kerri come and hung up when she walked out of the store she threw her hands up like she couldn’t find me even though I was two spots away from her And she looked so upset and walk back in the store so I immediately called that my car was forwarded it so I called again and she said how can I help you in a rude tone, and I told her that if she walked out for two seconds, and I had been yelling for her and she walked right back in, and she said well, you never described where you were and it I couldn’t find you when we were getting really busy Why couldn’t you just come in and get the straws? And I asked her what the problem was because I couldn’t come in and I wouldn’t have to ask her to bring them to me if I would’ve gone then the first time she said something very rude back that I can’t quite remember because after that, I did get out of my car and I went in there, and when I asked who the lady was the front desk person, she acted like she could care less and I would understand if I was acting like a Karen but I wasn’t because I had just been yelled at and basically belittled by the drive-through woman or whoever she was she had a headset on and I told the lady I said, I don’t know who started yawls morning off wrong but customers don’t deserve that and that it was just very ugly of them and I’m usually a nice person but if I would’ve gotten the straws in the first place I wouldn’t of had to do any of this and I didn’t deserve to be yelled at she couldn’t care less. They wouldn't give their names nor assist in rectifying communication nor behavior while they worked the drive-thru. The lady in the picture was working the orders for drive-thru & the guy handed food out in drive-thru. Upon pulling up to the speaker to order she said, "What do you want?" Then went silent. We started ordering & received no response to confirm order being received on her end. So we waited a bit & just decided to continue to order. He asked for the pizza listed under the $5 option. Her reply was "what do you want?" In return he says, "The pizza one there's only 1 pizza that we see." Which she says, "There's 5 pick one & tell me what you want." Well with this go around we finally figured out there's small print of the meat options which she was not willing to communicate. We waited for a total & confirmation of order. Finally she spoke & said the total and with attitude said move up. We get to the window to pickup the order & this is where we come across the guy in the picture who continued the bad experience of bad customer service with attitude. We asked if the lady in the picture was the one working the orders for drive-thru. He confirmed. We asked for her name & was going to say that she shouldn't be on the drive-thru due to customer service... but we couldn't even get out the full statement, because he rolled eyes & shut the window on us. We knocked on the window to ask for a manager, but he refused to open the window. We waited for a few, but all we got was ugly looks. We drove off. The food was decent at least, we did the survey online with your company, & now doing this review. It's all been a very unnecessary situation that started due to customer service drowning from 1 staff that continued to grow to the next staff. I really hope that this gets addressed with your staff & fixed from putting other customers in this situation. Read morePulled up checked the door the door was open as there was an atrocious line at the drive thru. Went to park a lady ran to the door and locked it in a panic. 933pm online it says they don't close till 10. Proceed to the drive to where I wasn't greeted. Basically asked what I wanted and threw a total at me. Poor customer service!
