Buy with ABSOLUTE confidence!!! My family and I moved to the San Marcos area a little over a month ago and needed just a simple steel Cal King bed frame. Not a bed set, just a simple $70 frame. Not only did Mattress Warehouse have what I needed in stock when none of the other 6 retailers that I called did, but Jordan offered me one of their customer appreciation gifts because I purchased the frame. I asked Jordan to hang on to it and give it to a client that actually makes his family some money. Fast forward to today… Jordan just called to ask how the frame was working out? This is the kind of service that so many industries are lacking now a days. The integrity and character that Jordan (Who owns Mattress Warehouse along with his wife) showed me today was way beyond his years. I have been in middle management, upper management and ownership of retail businesses for the better part of the last two decades. I can count on one hand how many of my staff members have had this kind of quality customer care. Jordan did not call asking for a review (though I think he should start asking), he called to make sure I was doing good with my somewhat meaningless purchase that in the broad scheme really did not make him any money. That is straight up integrity. This is why I am leaving him a review and if I could, I would give him 10 stars. My wife and I came in and I picked out some mattresses. When the mattresses were delivered my wife was not happy with what I had picked out. I spoke with the manager and he was gracious enough to allow us to exchange the mattresses (we had also purchased the mattress cover which allowed us to utilize their satisfaction guaranteed policy).
