Arrived at 4:30am to start our day. Our server, Alex, was absolutely phenomenal. He was prompt, polite, and very helpful. That said, the food was horrible. Who ever their cook was this morning should be taken off the line. Our adult child ordered the turkey dinner plate and was in fact pleased over all. My husband ordered the original french toast with a fresh fruit cup. The french toast was undercooked and overly soggy. His fresh seasonal fruit cup ( a melon blend) had the strawberry glazed pancake fruit topping thrown on top of it. Which was gross. The glaze adds sweetness and the strawberries in it were under ripe therefore hard and super sour (imagine a strawberry flavored cry baby sour gum ball)...i ordered the Belgian waffle plate. The eggs and bacon came out first with a hair that resembled public hair but was probably beard hair. They remade that and threw the bacon in the deep fryer ( who does that?!) So it was tooth cracking hard and tasted like old oil. The eggs were unseasoned, and had a weird floral taste to them...i will say they did the over-medium correct. The waffle came out and the underside had these big flakes of hard black...i don't know if it was just old burnt waffle bits or if the enamel is coming off whatever they cook them on. Once again our server was great...just the food was bad and that's not his fault. I'd also like to note that there were 5 uncapped filled to go plates as well as 4 dine in plates of food sitting under the warmer when we arrived....when we left more than an hour later the same full plates/containers were still there. I am praying no one actually has to eat that dried out mess they've left there. So gross. So...
Read moreOrdered online at 9:45 and was told to be there at 10:01. Let them know I was on my way and arrived at 10:05. It was not ready and was told they were it up. At 10:30. My order was brought to me. Went to the car and checked the order. The family hash browns were missing. Waited fir 5 minutes and no one asked if I needed help, so I went up to tge young lady packing orders and asked who I can speak to about tge midding hashbrowns. She said she would take care of it. As I walked to the counter to wait. I male voice says to her. "Take care the ecisting orders and not those that have already been waited on. A hispanic jerk took her into the kitchen to talk to her about what she did. He just wasted another 3 minutes being ugly. At 10:50 I am still waiting and another rude young man comes up and says "if you are waiting for a take out order, we are really busy and you will need to step aside." I was livid. I told him about the order at 9:45, the wait and now the missing hashbrowns which have taken 30 minutes to get. All the while my food is getting cold. You want good reviews, you need to get good management that doesn't treat customers rudely and talk down to them. Not to mention know the problem before approaching the customer with a cocky know all attitude. Honestly this is not the first time I have encountered management problems in this restraunt. I will never suggest anyone come here and never work here. Your waitresses do not need to be treated like cattle. Get good management! Ir drop in unannounced once in awhile. Secret shopper are great. Read moreBe aware if you're doing curbside pickup. Me and my husband just left from there. We called in our order they said 24 minutes. The time that we put in the order was 11:02 a.m.. we received our order at 12:12 p.m. after the second time after the first order was not ours. Also we had a hard time seeing curbside pickup. There was no one outside to tell other people not to park in curbside parking if they're not their for pickup. There were other people that pulled up in pickup and their order was already ready and given to them. When will seriously rethink if we want to go to this particular restaurant again. Thanks for the cold food. Think twice people before you go to this restaurant.
Two big problems here: #1-Parking Areas....Please fix your curbside pickup area the right way . I have seen your workers don't have a clue where person is parked for curbside pickup. They're two different locations for curbside pickup, but others take it upon themselves to park in the spots and go in for dining.Your curbside parking should be away from other people entering and existing your restaurant.this way people who are passing by to get in the restaurant do not pass by people who are picking up their food who do not want to be around people who do not want to wear Masks because they think that they are invincible.This is sad and unorganized parking alone for handicap parking spaces as well.
#2- Order Timing: If the person order is not ready please give them a call /text. Tell them how much more time they have to wait and be courteous. I would not mind the wait if you give...
