Under new Management! DISAPPOINTED!! I have been going to this location since 2019 every single time I’ve enjoyed it however I have not been these last couple months. I went in today only to discover it’s under new management I ordered my usual order only to find that it was completely Disgusting! Açaí is normally purple and mine is gray… I’m not sure how much banana was blended in but it was too much and shouldn’t have been the main base considering it is an AÇAÍ bowl. I would honestly say it’s like going to the crusty crab and walking out with the CHUM from the chum bucket… will not be going back until someone else owns it again. Have never had a bad experience with this place until now with these new owners… Disgrace! Also not to mention the açaí in the bowl was not even a decent amount, normally it’s about half with purple açaí and half with fruit and granola topping. Today: It was a quarter of gray banana açaí with 3/4 topping of fruit. The only decent part about the bowl was the fruit.. SAD. I tried to eat what I could considering that’s $11 wasted. How do you mess up a simple order…You have ruined my month...
Read moreI purchased an açaí bowl today on 08/31. I asked the lady working there to make my açaí bowl a certain way, for the base to be thick so it doesn’t get runny quick. She disregarded what I asked her to do and she gave me an açaí bowl that was extremely runny and not thick at all. I tried calling and driving back to the store but obviously it was closed. The açaí bowl was so runny it literally looked like soup within 5 minutes of me driving home. I specifically asked her to make the base thick and she did not. Not only did I have to drive back but I had to throw away the bowl because of how extremely runny and watery the base was. I wasted 10$ and I would like someone to reach out to me regarding a refund or credit for another bowl this is absolutely unacceptable.
Update: the manager or whoever is in charge promptly emailed me back addressing the issue and has given me credit for another bowl. I appreciate her getting back to me so quick and the customer service she was able to provide. That has absolutely made up for today’s experience, thank...
