I entered the store with a deaf homeless person who asked for a pen and paper. No one there had a pen eye roll.
Then as I added a $25 gift card, the employee helping me asking the manager for help since he didn't know how to place an order for a burger and a gift card. Then the manager asked me for an ID since apparently you guys only accept cash for a gift card during a pandemic and a nationwide shortage of change. I didn't have my ID on me since my toddler loves to go through my purse BUT I did have my social security card on me (ironic i know). She then asks me if they have the same name...Why would I show her a copy of my SS Card and my Credit Card if they didn't have the same name? She took forever verifying so I leaned over and showed here same last name same first name. Then she relented.
I was horrified by the way we were treated. Their actions made me feel like both him and I were unwelcome in the store. This is a pandemic with places going out of business and they want to treat us like this?
I would have walked out of there but I didn't want this man that I was helping to realize what they were doing.
I will never go back to your location. Instead I will go to McDonalds and get him a $50 gift card from there.
Shame on your manager. I am truly hurt by this.

Read morePlaced an online delivery order and none of the food that had special requests was made to order. When I called the restaurant for a resolution (because I was charged an extra $6+ dollars on top of a $7.99 delivery fee), the manager on duty Maria said she could not help me because she was not the one working at the time my order was placed. She then proceeded to tell me she did not who was working the day prior, did not know when he or she would be in again so I can speak to this person directly, and then told me I would have to come in person to talk to someone. She did not do anything to better the situation and only made it worse. She was also not confident in her responses. The reason I placed an online order is because I have a leg injury and am unable to drive. Therefore, this is ANOTHER inconvenience I have to experience because a mistake on the restaurants part. I was in the drive through and place my order, I ordered a Jr. Jumbo Jack with no tomato or lettuce, I wanted bacon & secret sauce. When I received my order, they did not do what I asked, they had lettuce, tomato, & mayo. I go in to let them know that this what I ordered.
