Worse Chipotle experience.

Let's start of by mentioning, I cannot review this place unless 1 star is given...

With that said, I came in yesterday Asked for a burrito with 2 meats - Half Barbacoa/Half Carnitas From the get-go I was looked at as if this was a stranger order/request. The tortilla guy was on point, but then came the next assembly guy. His wrist must have been broken, because I ended up with a kids burrito that was smaller than 1 out of 3 tacos my girl had ordered. Maybe he thought I love salsa & sour cream over protein. Or maybe the no rice confused him & he thought I was on a diet. I would've gladly paid more if knew it was such a complicated requests. This is not the 1st time, seems like dude working the ladle needs to have his wrist checked. Grown 6' - 200 lb man don't want kids sizes. If I did I'd go to Taco Bell & order from there dollar menu.

Chipotle - CMG inc. please provide better health coverage for your employees to have there hands & wrist evaluated from time to time. Franchise owners don't cheat your customers on a $8 burrito by asking your employees to skimp on protein now. No extra water to beans either

Next time I bring my dollars in, serve me a proper portion, please.

Fastest Chipotle in Orange County. Whether you order ahead or walk in. Worst parkinglot of all the Chiptole's in OC.

With 10 people ahead of me I was in and out in under 5. That's probably 2-3 times faster than Barranca for comparable line and time. Maybe it's impeccable hearing, muscle memory or consistency in product, but I'm pretty sure they could build a burrito blind folded. When you order ahead they are always ahead of schedule and not just a little.

Your standard Chipotle with 2 long walls of windows, aluminum rustic looking paneling, stained concrete floors, huge easy to read menu.

So I've been getting the same item for about decade. Chicken burrito, rice, black beans, fajita veggies, corn, sour cream, cheese, hot sauce w/ extra hot sauce on the side. Sometimes I'll split chips and get guac on the side, but I've tried dozens of variations and other items, but old faithful is my only true commitment. Sure I could go with brown rice or tacos or barbacoa, but why?

I dig the outdoor seating and that you can see the storefront from the street, but you should come a little later, not for the rush because they are blazingly fast and accurate, but...

Its sad that this is the closest Chipotle to me! Tonight was the Second time coming to this location 1st time the employees never made eye contact with me they where gossiping amongst each other which i don't mind whatever helps get the day going by faster but at least say "HI" and pay attention to what you're doing the portions where so small I asked for double meat just to make it normal! Anyways tonight was the last straw no communication no "HI" a weird flick of the chicken got everywhere talking to his co worker about some movie? And then the cashier jumped in to the conversation as i stood there with the money In my hand waiting for him to idk ring me up?.... he then asked me twice what i got ... started laughing with his buddies and then asked me again . And then his buddy told him as he was writing down what the, Burritos where finally pay and head home .... annoyed i get home with my partner and he shows me the burrito ... the sharpie became an ingredient. If this is going on in front of me what is going on where everything is being cooked. Wouldn't surprise me if this location had issues with the E...
