Cramer's Bagels — Restaurant in Santa Clara

Awesome collection of bagels to choose from, they serve quality bagels. We ordered hot Vietnamese coffee, an everything bagel with cream cheese and the same with egg and cheese. We requested medium sweetness for the coffee, however it was made extremely sweet, after requesting for a change in sweetness, they tried to alter the sweetness a bit to make it less sweet but we didn’t really feel the difference, although the coffee was quality in taste. The bagels were really good, however the cream cheese was too fluffy and plain(not worth the money they charge for same), didn’t taste the best to be honest. Last, their bagel combos(with butter, with cream cheese etc) are a bit pricy than other places but I definitely recommend this place to try different...

I moved to Santa Clara about 5 years ago and this is the ONLY bagel shop we ever go to!! The food is fantastic, always fresh ingredients and delicious bagels. The staff is always so friendly, nice, and helpful.

But my favorite thing on the entire menu is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee!!! This is a little known hidden gem, but Cramer's Bagels proudly offers the most delicious iced coffee available on the entire planet. I simply do not go to Starbucks anymore. The flavor and energy is unmatched!

We have a child with autism, and the overall vibe i would say was- uncomfortable. The waiter shushed my child, put her finger to his face when he started talking, and the other waiter dead stared at me and my child the entire time. We honestly wish we could tell him " he has autism, he's just trying to say hi"

The waiter on top of that wanted me to pay twice... As i showed him the reciept and kept demanding i had to pay again.

Don't worry waiter, I'm not coming back. You can have your tip, I'll let anyone with a kid, brother or child that this...
