Dunkin' — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

So we are huge fans of Dunkin, but we'll probably not return to this one. On our way home from an early morning game, we stopped at the Dunkin in Santa Clarita. It was fairly busy, it was a Sunday morning. We had no problem waiting for our drinks while we snacked on our donuts, muffin and breakfast sandwich. The food was great. 2 of our 3 drinks came out. Then when our final drink was ready we grabbed it and left. Whatever you do, do NOT order a hot Macha latte from here. It was the worst. It tasted like warm water with a splash of milk, with the slightest aftertaste of Macha. This was so disappointing. We were already on our trek back home, so we couldn't turn around and take it back. There were nearly tears. We waited 20 minutes for this drink, then they didn't even call our name for it (like they did with all the other drinks), we had to finally go up and find it, then it was actually the worst Macha latte...

I had a Door Dash order that originally was cancelled because they were out of something I wanted but I wasn’t sure exactly what it was so I called and the girl or woman on the phone was very helpful and informed me that the donut I wanted was out so when I ordered again we both agreed to just put another donut on there. But instead this time I was like what the heck I’ll order a muffin instead, so I called and said thanks anyways I don’t need the donut in just gonna get a muffin! Then she called me back and said that they didn’t have the muffin I wanted so we finally agreed on a donut again for me to have instead. When I got my order they gave me two extra donuts which is so sweet! I understand how things can run out so easily so I appreciate you taking the time to make my day better with what you did have! I wish I knew your name but I just wanted to says thanks! And also the iced coffee and sandwiches...

Customer service was great!! Good job to the 3 guys working Sunday 6/23 morning shift! But they had such a small variety of doughnuts to pick from.... Why Dunkin' Doughnuts? It seems the focus is on some signature drinks, which are more ice then drink! Doughnuts! It's in your name, the doughnuts were fresh ✔️ service was excellent ✔️ price was average ✔️ but only a handful of different types to choose from, and they were not within eye view they were all the way behind the cashier.... Weird. Oh and restroom needed attention. Since it was early morning that I was there this restroom prolly ran out of its supply sometime the night before.... That's the reason...
