Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

The date is July 7th at 6:57pm I walked in on my lunch break of which I only have 30 minutes and I wanted to get a sub because I like Jersey Mikes good food but I never got my food. See I get there and these lazy workers and I don’t say it lightly ima call like I see it did not provide service. There was 3 workers you would think that would be enough to handle a Sunday afternoon but apparently the workers like to steal company time as they left one worker out on the line to provide service. I asked him to help me but he was working on another order probably an online order he was trying to do his job he calls to the back for help and I walk to the register and I see a male and female in the back on their phone giggling and laughing. Now look I’m not one to expect high quality service but apparently the compony does because I interviewed and that’s something they “strive for” well the service never got there the women kept giggling with the boy and tried to put on the gloves in a half assed manner without EVEN WASHING HER HANDS I said thank you to the gentleman in the front as he was actually doing his job and I left. Check the camera and the owner can verify all this to be correct. I like the food but as someone who eats pretty frequently at jersey Mikes I can say this one at least on...

I just went in today to grab my sub which would take 2 seconds but stayed for 4 minutes because the two lovely employees Trudy and CiCi were so friendly, FUN, and sweet. Any place where the staff are easy to talk to is an immediate revisit in my book. PLUS my #44 hot buffalo sub hit the SPOT! Best I’ve had. Best experience at a Jersey mikes ! Give the girls a RAISE!!!

Outstanding sandwiches, however needed to use the restroom, I asked an employee who was cleaning the lobby for TP and toilet liners , she looked at me like I wasn't speaking English, I asked her again as she cleaned the same spots over and over as if she was not all there. I waited 10 minutes finally realizing that she was not going to help me, I grabbed napkins from the canister she cleaned 100 times over. She just watched me. I used them as liners and paper. She then went in as I exited the restroom with gloves and the same cleaning rag she used to clean the restaurants tables, fountain machine, napkin dispenser, walls, counters . She then came out and continued cleaning the tables with the same rag. Very disappointed. Great food gross cleaning...
