This coffee and donut spot is my new favorite in the entire state. The donuts are crafted to order and are warm, crispy, and perfectly textured.

They serve Red Rock Roasters coffee and have a full espresso bar menu.

Expect to wait a few minutes for your order- I waited about 13 minutes and it was BEYOND worth it. I mean, the quality is unbelievable and perfection takes time.

The funnel cake donut is my favorite but the sugared classic donuts are just delicious- simple, warm, crunchy outside, and oh-so-sweet. My ideal donut!

OMG - these donuts are heaven on earth! We have been in Santa Fe for a week and have eaten at The Shed, The Burger Stand on Burro Alley for a green chile burger, Rancho de Chimayo, El Chile Toreado, and Joe's Tequila House -- all super delicious. And yet, we enjoyed our best bite of Santa Fe here at Craft Donuts & Coffee. The plain classic donut our favorite, next to the cinnamon sugar in a close second. The freshly cooked donuts have an amazing crust, crunchy yet the inside soft and warm. You have to try these donuts. We plan to go back again (and again) before we leave. We are already planning to pick up donuts on our way out of town for the drive home!

WOW! My eyes have been opened. I have never had "fresh" "hot" donuts in my life and this is a game changer.

The donuts are (obviously) made-to-order hot and fresh, so expect some frosting/chocolate dripping if you're not fast enough to eat it all, but that shouldn't be a struggle because these donuts are A-MAZING!

I ordered mine online ahead of time, but they still churn out the donuts pretty quickly if you order at their truck. Friendly folks running the joint as well.
