Fusion Tacos Downtown — Restaurant in Santa Fe

The food at any of the fusion tacos is delicious. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. My favorites are always the chorreadas or crunchy pastor tacos. I especially love when corn on the cob is available! I specifically visit this location often because it is close to my daily commute. Recently though, it seems as I may have to call it quits to this location and stick to their other spots. The lady whom is in charge/manager has been making every visit very unwelcoming. It's almost as if you are bothering her with your visit. Not welcoming AT ALL. At first I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but I've come to notice maybe every day is a bad day for her. She seems to either not like her job or just simply not care about customer service. I feel as if this is now rubbing off to the other people who work there, they almost show no interest to make your visit pleasant. You would even think when you're a regular, there would be more engagement, but that is not the case. Today in particular they had me on hold when I called to place my to go order. Well, they literally kept me on hold my whole drive there and as I was driving I thought about how busy they must've been. Well to my surprise, upon arrival, I see they had NO ONE there. I have always loved Fusion Tacos. The staff is great, and the tacos are so good. However, lately, the last three or so visits, I think I have been getting more fat than actual meat. For the cost of the four-taco plate with Carne Asada meat, it shouldn't have as much fat as it does. Its disgusting and its not just a small normal amount of fat. This is the downtown location. This was never an issue before, so it makes me think this is a way of saving money or food for you guys, and that's not okay. With how popular and how big you guys are, you shouldn't drop the quality for quality. I really hope you guys fix this soon. A little amount of fat is normal, but when it's more than actually meat, that's a problem and very bad customer service. This is why I gave such a low rating. They have super bad customer service!! I went there today for a pickup order and the cashier girl was super rude! She truly didn’t make me feel welcome or appreciated as a customer. As I walked up to the window I had a few questions about how the food was prepared and served, to what she answered “it is what you ordered, you should pay attention to what you ordered” I tried to explain that I was there to pick up an order that my coworker had me pick-up, to what made her accuse me of not being the person that should be picking up the order and demanded to see a ticket. I had to waste extra l time from my own lunch break to call my coworker and have her verify. I then asked if the other lady was able to help me, she replied to me that the other lady was only the cook and that the one to help in cashier was her. After she handed me the order even before I could start to walk away she slammed the window shut.
