Il Encanto — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Drove to downtown Santa Fe hoping to get some pizza at Upper Crust, but left after learning orders were taking over an hour to be served. So we walked to Rooftop Pizza only to find out they were out of pizza dough 🙄. The other woodfired oven pizzeria in town was closed cause it was Monday. All the other local places we tried to eat at either closed at 8pm or were too full and had 90 minute waits. We were about to give up but found this gem. Found this place after an hour of walking around downtown Santa Fe, and none of the places were able to accommodate us because we were a big group. It was close to closing time when we got there and the chef still took our orders and made our food. I got the pepperoni pizza to keep it simple. It was delicious!
