We opted for a guided tour which was fun and informative for both Land of Enchantment history and the Art/craft collection although touring the collection on your own is certainly doable given the painfully long detailed descriptions next to each piece. We stupidly walked from the square but apparently there is free parking here

An amazing public display of art showcased in the state's capital building. It brings to life the culture of New Mexico, its heritage and history. There are several unique pieces that share a story on their own and give a reason to inspect each piece. I would recommend coming here to see these pieces even if you have no love...
