I have stopped in many JJâs over the years, overall I have been satisfied with the service, hence the reason I keep going back. One thing that Jimmys really does do great is their quick food, by the time I got my change back the lady making my sandwich called my name and handed me my sandwich. These people i here are really nice and I appreciated the speed and quality.    Read moreI have been ordering from you guys for the last 3 years. I've never really looked at my receipt, which is my own fault, because I've trusted Jimmy John's. But I realize that with the Santa Fe tax rate going down last year and now again this year, your stores have never adjusted their tax rate. So for the last two years you have been overcharging customers continuously because of the tax. The new tax rate this year in Santa Fe is 8.1875% and last year it was down to 8.3125%, you guys are still charging the old tax from 3 years ago which is 8.438%. When I called the store and spoke to a "manager", I was told there's nothing they can do about it. I am highly disappointed and since I've given you guys as much business as I and my companies have and recommended so many others toward you, I will not be using you anymore. Sad, very sad.

Apparently they have been out of capicola ham but they don't tell you unless you bring it up, fyi -all of the Italian sammy's are supposed to have capicola. When I asked to substitute another meat, they said it would cost extra, even to just add more of one of the other meats it comes with. So they will short you overall on the quantity of meat for full price, and want to charge extra to make up for missing quantity of meat. Even though I wanted some variant of an Italian sammy, I ended up ordering a different sandwich. Additionally, they didn't put the extra cost avocado spread on a second sandwich ordered.
