Longitude — Restaurant in Santa Monica

I’m staying at Le Meridian in Santa Monica this week on business and it has been quite a memorable experience so far. The restaurant- bar inside (longitude) is such a hidden gem, the service continues to be exceptional. Today, the bartender and staff, Flowers, Eden and Angel, were extremely hospitable. My partner and I had a poolside dinner planned, we ordered our dinner and everything was delicious, fresh and prompt. We ordered the Short rib and 1/2 chicken entree. It was getting a bit late and cold poolside and they took initiative and lit the fire pits to warm us up. It’s moments like this that creates an experience.
