Title: Fantastic Drive-Thru Experience at My Local McDonald's!
Review:
I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local McDonald's drive-thru, and I must say that the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the delicious food to the friendly and efficient staff, everything about my visit left me thoroughly satisfied.
As soon as I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from the McDonald's team member. They were incredibly polite and attentive, patiently taking my order and ensuring that they got every detail right. Their professionalism and positive attitude set the tone for the rest of my visit.
The speed and efficiency of the service were truly impressive. Despite the busy lunchtime rush, my order was prepared promptly and accurately. I didn't have to wait long at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The McDonald's team efficiently managed the flow of cars, ensuring that everyone received their meals quickly and smoothly.
Now, let's talk about the food. It was absolutely bomb! The burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the drinks were refreshing. The taste and quality of the food were top-notch, just as you would expect from McDonald's. It was a treat to indulge in their signature items and experience that familiar, comforting flavor that I've come to love over the years.
Another noteworthy aspect of my visit was the cleanliness of the drive-thru area. The McDonald's team took great care to maintain a clean and organized space, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. It's always reassuring to see a restaurant that values hygiene and takes pride in their presentation.
In conclusion, my visit to the McDonald's drive-thru was an absolute delight. The exceptional service, delicious food, and clean surroundings all contributed to a memorable experience. I highly recommend this McDonald's location to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal on the go. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding work and for making my visit...
Read moreThis is very strange what happened today. It's 12:28 a.m. and I just left this McDonalds. I was told that they are only accepting cash at this time which is very suspect. I was asked if I would still get a receipt if their credit card system was down and they said no which means that they're not ringing in transactions but making the food. I asked how long that the credit card system would be down and they said about half an hour to an hour. I have worked in this industry and been a customer of this industry for a long time and have never in my life had a fast food restaurant tell me they were only accepting cash. Either this establishment is working to avoid paying taxes by closing down their registers for extended periods of time in order to collect cash funds that are not being reported, or the employees are running some of theft operation. I definitely know this is not something that McDonald's corporate would condone either way. there was a man who was taking the order and a middle-aged blonde woman who was taking the money. When I brought up the issue to her when I got to the drive-thru about not being able to get a receipt she said she could write a handwritten one. This is all very suspect. I hope that McDonald's corporate and the management at this place read this message to make sure there is not something wrong happening. Especially if it happens for hours on end late at night.
I will say that they seemed very nice and got my food out quickly with...

After trying to order at the counter the another employee directed me to the kiosk saying that I could place my order there. Hesitantly I did so and selected the option to pay cash which the kiosk directed me back to the employee who immediately began giving me attitude and telling me that she had to change my order because the kiosk doesn’t charge for certain items and if I wanted to pay with cash she would have to charge for those items, but if I didn’t want to pay for them then I had to pay with my credit card at the kiosk, I explained that I had already placed my order through the kiosk and that it directed me back to her for payment and she continued to argue with me going as far as raising her voice to talk over me. I finally just paid the charges she made so I could get our food. The food came, burgers were charred the nuggets were extremely over cooked and we were missing a chocolate milk. When I asked the employee for the chocolate milk, she rolled her eyes said something to another employee in Spanish and walked away a few minutes later she came back with the milk and said “oh sorry” with a snarky attitude rolling her eyes again and continuing her conversation with another employee. This type of behavior for an employee should result in immediate...
