Are you kidding me? Really cold stone, every time I go in there I see the same young GIRL employee working ALONE at NIGHT. Can some one tell me how that adds up? Y’all ever been the the Santee trolley station? Have you see the homeless and crime activity there? And you want to leave a young girl alone to watch a store? I ask her one time how long she had been there that day... NINE hours!!! And alone for most of it!! Where’s the time for an employee to get a break? Service meh- I called to order a cake, I was told to go online to order it - she said “I’m 14 cakes in right now can you just go online and order it?” I did and then went to pick it up a couple of days later. Cake was ready but had to wait 25 minutes because there is one person working and two females that were together figuring out what they wanted. Once the finally did that, they wanted to be charged separately. Finally got to counter for cake- no apology for the wait nothing just bright out I said thank you and left. I love Cold Stone... I mean... yummy delicious ice cream flavors and toppings.. does it get any better? No! But it certainly depends on who makes your blend. I get the same thing every time. I'm boring like that. Last time I went I thought nothing of the process of blending the toppings together. Seemed pretty much standard. However, I was proven wrong. Slapped together..this blend of ice cream and toppings tasted (I can't say terrible, 'cause at the end of the day it IS ice-cream) blah and not great like usual.
