This is the place you're looking for! Nestled in a tiny strip mall next to the bike shop. They are still so new their roof sign has not been installed. Look for the pretty sparkly lights. Was looking for special pastries for my son's birthday. Since most American based desserts are SO sweet, it's usually make my own. One customer review caught my eye about not too sweet & using real ingredients. My family is from Austria & Germany. Pastry in Europe is perfect, it gets ruined in translation here. Spoke with the owner a bit about what they do, how they do it & noticed a slight accent. Lo & behold, Poland. Even if I hadn't looked at the beautiful case first I knew I'd found the only place to go anymore. Everything is made by his lovely wife, the mixer was going while I was there. Ordered a cappuccino to bring to my son, an apple pastry & almond pear slice. Sweetened cakes by the fruit in them. Simply delicious! They make it all there,no sugar in the whipped cream, that's how I remember pastry in Europe. I really enjoyed one French place in town but after trying pastry here, my search is over.
