It was a 5star... The cashier said her name was Hope. I order to pick up for my daughter so I picked up with no problem. I came back because I drop the hot chocolate anyway I was asking her do she have the receipt from the order which all she had to say was no but she got a little rude and said if we keep receipts it will be everywhere which I can understand but the rudeness isn't, anyways she keep over talking me when I was just asking for another hot chocolate. I said to her wait just wait and let me talk she did and then I asked for a hot chocolate. She took the next customer the parent and two younger kids they got 12 associated donuts it took a little time but I waited patiently they got thier donuts and drinks before me which I didn't understand because that was the first time that happened to me they take the order give you your order then go to the next customer. I'm always coming here in the afternoon so I now how the process goes also that's the first time I seen her ( Hope ). I think I'll stick with the afternoon I love the energy 😌. I did call up there as I was driving away but no answer called up there 3 more times no answer I wanted to let them know what happened.

I was given a frozen caramel coffee and when I went inside, I had to pull up the order online and show them how they made it incorrectly and even then they tried to tell me they no longer serve that. How is it not served when I can order it online and just got the same thing the day before. The second time I ordered on the app thinking they would receive how to make it and make it correctly.. oh how wrong I was. They put all the caramel pumps, caramel sauce and the vanilla pumps at the bottom. When I asked why was everything at the bottom the women told me “it went to the bottom.” How did it go to the bottom when number one, it’s supposed to be mixed and two, there was no residue of the caramel sauce on the sides. You’ll see what I ordered and what I received. You’ll see another photo with the same coffee from the Pooler location (#7988) where it was made correctly. If you’re able to go to the Pooler location, save time and money doing so because it’s disappointing EVERY TIME having to come to this location.

Today is the second day where the lobby is closed and the drive thru gives us no response. The place is clearly open with employees inside but it’s almost like they choose not to serve customers. After waiting in the drive thru for more than 5 minutes, with nobody ahead of us, (keep in mind this same thing happened a few days ago) we go up to the window and theres two employees inside probably just hanging out for the fact that its a typical Monday at 2pm. What else could they have possibly been doing? We order two lattes and they proceed to be the milkiest, thickest abomination of syrup and cream with a drop of coffee. A clear example of Savannah’s streak of awful fast food service. Don’t go to this Dunks. They don’t care about your satisfaction. — the image is supposed to be a COFFEE latte but its literally just milk.

As of 3/16/23, this Dunkin only has the drive thru open. This has been going on for two weeks. In other words, you can NOT go inside. They say it’s because they’re “understaffed.” If that is the case, the franchise owner NEEDS to do something to fix it. Because in addition to at least 20-30 people a day trying to go inside (they don’t even have a sign on the door saying drive thru only), it has resulted in traffic on Derenne getting backed up way, way past two or three stores past the Dunkin. This is so unsafe, mark my words, if it’s not fixed, it will result in car accidents, if it hasn’t already. Aside from that, their espresso machine is down half the time, they often only have plain bagels, and last time I went, the drive thru line was so long that I told them just to keep my online order money. This is hands down, the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to, and my only recommendation in this review to potential customers is to not go to this Dunkin so that you alleviate some of the traffic jam that is there. And to the managers/franchise owner, fix this Dunkin. It is abhorrent and unbelievable that you allow things to continue as they are at this Dunkin. Because of this Dunkin, I have lost $15 because I couldn’t wait in a 20-car long line before work and wasn’t allowed to come inside for my order. Has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. I never leave reviews but this is getting old. Multiple times I’ve come here and I always get the same thing: a medium iced caramel macchiato with three coconut shots and one pump of sugar. It never fails they always give me coconut milk instead of the sugar-free coconut flavor shots. Not once does the word “milk” leave my mouth. I have been making and buying this drink for five years now ever since I worked at Dunkin. Today I went through and had the same mishap and the girl denied making it with coconut milk although she admitted to the other girl that she DID make it with coconut milk when she was first asked. My cup was over halfway full with milk at the bottom so I’m not blind and it has absolutely NO coconut flavor. Then she backpedaled because she obviously just didn’t want to be wrong in front of her manager or have to remake the drink. If someone’s paying five dollars for a drink and your customers telling you that it wasn’t made properly, you’re really going to stand there and deny what you just ADMITTED to? I ended up leaving with the diluted drink because who wants to sit in a drive through arguing? They ALSO made my bagel wrong . Gave me a plain egg bagel when I asked for cheese and butter only. Surprised they didn’t deny that too. Get some attentive employees that take pride in their work. Or at least train them properly to know what coconut shots are vs...
