As of 3/16/23, this Dunkin only has the drive thru open. This has been going on for two weeks. In other words, you can NOT go inside. They say it’s because they’re “understaffed.” If that is the case, the franchise owner NEEDS to do something to fix it. Because in addition to at least 20-30 people a day trying to go inside (they don’t even have a sign on the door saying drive thru only), it has resulted in traffic on Derenne getting backed up way, way past two or three stores past the Dunkin. This is so unsafe, mark my words, if it’s not fixed, it will result in car accidents, if it hasn’t already. Aside from that, their espresso machine is down half the time, they often only have plain bagels, and last time I went, the drive thru line was so long that I told them just to keep my online order money. This is hands down, the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to, and my only recommendation in this review to potential customers is to not go to this Dunkin so that you alleviate some of the traffic jam that is there. And to the managers/franchise owner, fix this Dunkin. It is abhorrent and unbelievable that you allow things to continue as they are at this Dunkin. Read moreHas to be the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. I never leave reviews but this is getting old. Multiple times I’ve come here and I always get the same thing: a medium iced caramel macchiato with three coconut shots and one pump of sugar. It never fails they always give me coconut milk instead of the sugar-free coconut flavor shots. Not once does the word “milk” leave my mouth. I have been making and buying this drink for five years now ever since I worked at Dunkin. Today I went through and had the same mishap and the girl denied making it with coconut milk although she admitted to the other girl that she DID make it with coconut milk when she was first asked. My cup was over halfway full with milk at the bottom so I’m not blind and it has absolutely NO coconut flavor. Then she backpedaled because she obviously just didn’t want to be wrong in front of her manager or have to remake the drink. If someone’s paying five dollars for a drink and your customers telling you that it wasn’t made properly, you’re really going to stand there and deny what you just ADMITTED to? I ended up leaving with the diluted drink because who wants to sit in a drive through arguing? They ALSO made my bagel wrong . Gave me a plain egg bagel when I asked for cheese and butter only. Read moreIt was a 5star... The cashier said her name was Hope. I order to pick up for my daughter so I picked up with no problem. I came back because I drop the hot chocolate anyway I was asking her do she have the receipt from the order which all she had to say was no but she got a little rude and said if we keep receipts it will be everywhere which I can understand but the rudeness isn't, anyways she keep over talking me when I was just asking for another hot chocolate. I said to her wait just wait and let me talk she did and then I asked for a hot chocolate. She took the next customer the parent and two younger kids they got 12 associated donuts it took a little time but I waited patiently they got thier donuts and drinks before me which I didn't understand because that was the first time that happened to me they take the order give you your order then go to the next customer. I'm always coming here in the afternoon so I now how the process goes also that's the first time I seen her ( Hope ). I think I'll stick with the afternoon I love the energy 😌.
