I've been to squirrel's eastern wharf about 5 times over the course of 8 months, primarily because it was convenient since I lived in the apartment complex next door. However, I wouldn't ever stop by if I wasn't in the area. It's way overpriced for what it is ($2 for a small container of ranch?). I've had the wings, the pizza logs, and the mozzarella sticks and never ordered any of them ever again. I've had the detroit-style and ny-style pizzas before and the detroit-style is probably the only thing worth getting here. The soda has always tasted watered down/flat each time I've ordered it, without fail. Additionally, service has always been very slow. We're no longer in covid-times, Savannah is chock full of people in the restaurant industry who want to work, so maybe hire more staff. Ordered pizza on the 4th of July. It was very busy and we were not given a wait time of how long it would take. Waited 45 mins and was told it would be another 15 mins. Went back 20 mins later and the manager took my boyfriend into the kitchen to show him the queque and was told it would be at least another half an hour before our pizza was ready. At that point we asked the manager if we could just get a refund, to which she agreed. Never received the refund and the next day they went ahead and charged the tip to my card as well.
