I'm not one for writing reviews, but I felt like I had to for Capital Bee Company. My family and I, who know Savannah quite well, visited Savannah around the time that Capital Bee Company had just started their business (they hadn't even had their store sign yet, nor was their website fully up and running) and we bought quite a bit of honey that first time. Kristen/Kristin (not quite sure of the spelling, LOL) and her staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. But recently we ran out and wanted some more and I couldn't be happier about the way the transaction went. Thank you so much for a wonderful transaction. I placed my order on a Saturday (called on Sunday to make sure they received my online order) and received it by Thursday. It was nicely packaged and very organized. The note that I specifically wrote, as the package was a gift, was nicely done. And they included some little extras. A friend of mine visited this company while vacationing in Savannah and talked about their raw frosted cinnamon honey product. I knew my hubby would love to try this but since we live in Ohio, I went to the website to see if I could order it. It just arrived today and I am so impressed with the ease of using their web site, the packaging and the quality of the product. I order a lot of stuff online and their packaging is seriously the best! The honey jar was in a padded plastic envelope, then place in a priority mail box, well padded with brown paper. There was also some interesting info on Bee Pollen included and a cute card. My hubby LOVED the product which he spread on my homemade banana applesauce bread. We are having it tomorrow on our toast. I think it would be delicious on a peanut butter sandwich too or on muffins! This is a really delicious quality product and I am grateful for the care they took in shipping. When we are in Georgia, we definitely will make a stop at the shop and I will be ordering more...
