Poke Bros. - Woodfield Village Green — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

I get less and less food the more I come here. Is there a rice shortage? I’m literally eating toppings. This is literally the worst location for this franchise. It’s closer than all the others to me, but it’s worth taking extra time and driving to the other locations.

For reference, this isn’t my 2nd or third time coming here. This is like my 20th or 25th time because I liked the food. Filled up my punch card and used it multiple times as a result. At first I was like, portions change it happens, but they’ve never been this bad. Look at other pictures in the comments for comparison. I’m over it.

Edit: Thank you for your comment, Poke Bros. Woodfield. 1 star well earned. If you’re puzzled why it wasn’t addressed in the store it’s because I ordered at the kiosk, my food was bagged to go, and I didn’t open my bag until I got home. Start a 20-30 minute round trip to get more rice or post a review? It’s not a hard decision.

I’m puzzled as to why you as the business owner wouldn’t make that information readily available to customers, so that they can decide which amount they want. With that kind of forethought on your part, this issue could have easily been addressed in the store vs in a review.

I wanted to ensure I took the time to write this review because I have given this place two chances now. The lady who I believe is the owner is very disrespectful. I see other reviews here saying nice things which makes me think even more she is racist towards specific nationalities. Anywho, let me explain. First incident she made me feel really uncomfortable ordering as I wanted the veggies in my bowl and it seemed as if it was making her feel uncomfortable giving me the something that was not an additional cost. Now, round two this past week…. she strikes again. We get towards the end where you get to choose your toppings ( nori, sesame seeds, etc) while i’m ordering she goes ONLY 3! I looked up at the menu and still see no reflection of that but okay. I order and move on without saying a word. I called two other locations and they said no rules have changed and those toppings are unlimited. I will never give my business to this location. There are many more locations around with honest, and fair people who don’t racially profile....

This is the BEST Poke Bros. location in the area! HANDS DOWN!

I have been to other Poke Bros locations in the area who did not greet me with a smile, had old fish out and shriveled cucumbers, and, at one location, the worker was playing on his phone and did not tell me to have a good day... Other Poke Bros locations also do NOT have their serving table labeled with each food and it doesn't say if it contains gluten.

You will NOT find these here at the Schaumburg location! :)

Do yourself a favor and drive farther to this location if you have to, order delivery from here, and just AVOID the other Poke Bros locations if you can.
