My friends mom bought a piece of clothing for about 20 something dollars, and my friends mom put a $20 bill on the counter. Then she resumed to take out singles to pay for her item of clothing, but the cashier told us that she never received a $20 bill. My friends mom eventually put a $20 bill down knowing that something was off. We were so confused and easily persuaded by her lies, as we were just about to leave until we told the security. We went to security and the manager to ask about the double payment and requested for the security to double check the cameras. The manager later came to us and said that she couldn't verify anything and that she can give us a $20 Nordstrom gift card. We kept asking questions about the cashier but the only thing we got in response was, "I'm sorry, I can't verify anything as of right now." In the end, the manager ended up apologizing instead of the cashier who made the mistake, and gave us a $20 bill. A sincere apology is what we wanted from the cashier, but we never even got one:( Cashiers should not manipulate their customers, and treat them with some respect if...
Read moreI stopped in this Nordstrom rack on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Its not as unorganized and empty as many other racks Ive been to. The place was filled to the brim with clothes, purses, makeup and shoes! I bought 3 pairs of shoes and some clothes and had to put some things down! You will definitely not leave empty handed. I will say that the prices in clothes particularly are not as low as you would expect at a discount style store. The staff wasn’t very friendly but given that nobody wants to work these days I appreciate them being there. I will say that I sneezed and one employee ran up to me and handed me a mask and said “you need to be wearing a mask”, I apologized and told her I didn’t know masks were required here for vaccinated customers and she said “well they are.” Literally no other customer was wearing a mask in the store 🤷🏽♀️ Some people have allergies lol. They did have a small sign...
Read moreWent in for a return on an item I no longer wanted, mind you it was brand new never used. The only thing missing was the price tag, but all other tags were there. This older Indian woman was the one that took me, and I could already tell she wasn’t pleased with doing the return. I had the card I payed with and she was able to pull up the purchase and CONFIRM it was the right one. Her excuse then was that the item looked “used”, and I asked her “how she could tell” and she said the “wrinkles”. Like WOW, I could’ve let it slide if it was just because of the missing price tag, but for her to assume and then with a smirk face say that she “knows when something is used” because she “works there” is outrageous. I tried to ATLEAST get store credit but said no. Her and her manager don’t know how to run that...
