Arby's — Restaurant in Schererville

Arby's is still one of the best fast food places around. There's not many open these days, so I try and hit one if I know I'll be close to a location that's left. The classic Beef and Cheddar is always my favorite, and now they have a awesome fish sandwich. You can get them two for six bucks, so it's a great deal. The fish is literally falling off the bun, and the lettuce is fresh and crisp with a great tartar sauce mixed in... It HUGE, and they always cook it when you order, so it's piping hot..if you're like me , there's nothing more disappointing than to order something because the picture shows a sandwich all big and tasty looking, only to get something that you can't even see what's inside because it's smaller than the bun.. Arby's now has White Cheddar Mac and Cheese that's killer ( a little expensive for what you get, but it's Mac and Cheese so who cares right ?) and if the location offers them , get some onion rings. They use real onions, and the batter is magnificent. The curly fries always are a winner, but my son and I never pass up real onion rings..Did I mention that they have Coke Zero ! Unlike a golden arched competitor that's decided to remove my favorite soft drink from their menu , Arby's still offers it.. There's several locations near where we live in NW Indiana, and they send coupons every month so I stick em in the visor so I don't forget them . Still no dine in because of Covid, but they're really quick and the wait for carry out is only a few minutes. This is a must stop at place if you're tired of the same old...

PSA: CHECK ALL YOUR ORDER before you leave parking lot. Ordered via drive-through this afternoon at 4:22pm. and paid $28.21 for two meals that were totally incorrect Ordered #1 Beef n Cheddar and received just a beef sandwich dry with no cheddar Ordered #13 chicken club wrap and received some marketplace sandwich as pictured $30 is too much to pay for fast food that's not at least accurate per the order placed. The orders were not specialized, nothing extra or removed...plain simple billboard as is orders. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. REVISED: per generic response from Arby's Owner below I did contact corporate in regards to this issue and have yet to receive a response. Therefore, my conclusion is the company values are reflected in service rendered and all could careless about customer satisfaction.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR GOOD TIME AND HARD EARNED...

Went through the drive through on 3-14-25, wait time was pretty long but that’s what ever. We get our receipt to find out that we got charged 1$ for some charity that they never asked us about but automatically charged us for. We then get our drinks and my gf gets a medium Dr Pepper and I get a large lemonade, the cups were the exact same sizes but when asked about it we were told it was a large lemonade (obviously it wasn’t). We then pull out the drive through to find out that we didn’t receive one of our sandwhiches and had to turn around and go inside to get it. This place is horribly ran and we will not be going to this location ever again. The staff was rude and the manager couldn’t run a blender even with instructions probably. There is another location a few mins in the other direction that is better ran and will go to that one instead. Close...
