Terrible experience yet again!!!!! I was reminded once I got there by my sister that I said I would never go to this location again. I was the one that suggested we go to this location instead of one closer to homeđ. Well first off we stood waiting to be seated about 12 minutes (it was not crowded at all). Then once seated the waitress came around to our table got our drinks and food order. We requested that our food be hot because we will send it back!! Well the manager came out with our buffalo shrimp and nothing else! We told her we wanted all our food together. She said no problem and took it back. We waited at least 40 minutes before getting our food and then when we got it only 2 people had what they ordered. It was 5 of us. It took I don't know how long to get out curly fries and once they came our other food was cold! I don't know about nobody else but I like to eat my chicken and fries together not separate đ¤ˇđžââď¸. Then everyone has they food and are eating except my 8 year old granddaughterđĄ..... She only had a kids meal which was wings and fries!....... I couldn't take it no more so before getting our fries and my granddaughter food I got up to go ask for a manager because our waitress disappeared no where to be found smh. Not knowing but when I walked up to a young lady and a man standing at a register I said can I speak to a manager. The young lady says he's a manager and I said your the manager he looks at me and says I'm the manager but I'm helping her right now đŻ. I said well I be damn this ignorant so in so right here. The young lady then points me in the direction of another manager. I approach the young lady and ask her to step to our table and she does nonchalantly smh.... Once at our table we tell her our concerns and then she says she will take care of it and give a discount. That was fine and all but all of their attitudes really sucked they could care less if we were satisfied or not.    Read moreI have come to this location on many different occasions and never had issues. Tonight my family & I had the worst experience at this establishment ever. We place an order for our appetizers which consisted of the sliders and an order of mozzarella sticks, it took over 35 minutes for that to get to us. When we finally did receive the order it was wrong. We informed the waitress that when we ordered we had substituted our fries for the tater tots she said âoh Iâll be right backâ and offered no apology. Ok fine, not a huge deal. After finishing our appetizers we placed our meal orders, everyone got boneless wings. Our meals came after about 15 minutes & my son complained how cold his food was, I checked it and sure enough ice cold. Proceeded to check my food & my partners food, also super cold. We gestured for the manager to come over when we saw him, and instantly realized that he had no desire to resolve our issue. When we explained everything to him it was in a calm and respectful manner stating that we watched tables who came after us be served appetizers & meals before we even got our appetizers. In return we received an attitude and his words exactly were âwell is this the first or second time receiving this orderâ. I was confused as we had just gotten our meals and told that to him, he said well as she explained the tickets in the back got messed up and food had to be remade so do you want it or not? I proceeded to tell him we were never informed of there being any issues in the kitchen or offered an apology for the inconvenience. He then says âok well I just got done explaining this same issue to two other tables so do you want the food or notâ.    Read morePART 1 My husband and I decided to visit the Hooters in Schererville, Indiana, hoping for the same great experience we had over nine months ago. Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment.
Despite the restaurant not being busy, we waited 17 minutes just to get our drinks. Then we had to wait an additional 28 minutes for our foodâonly to be served cold, stale meals. Completely unacceptable, especially given the high prices.
We made the drive expecting quality and service, but instead left irritated and unsatisfied. This place has gone downhill. What a joke
PART 2 Extremely Disappointed with Service, Schererville, IN Location
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the experience my husband and I had at your Schererville, Indiana location.
From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we waited 17 minutes just to receive our drinks, followed by 28 more minutes for our foodâwhich, when it finally arrived, was cold and stale. This is not what I expect from a nationally recognized brand, especially considering the prices you charge.
We brought the issue to the managerâs attention. She apologized, stated she spoke to the kitchen, and promised to personally bring out fresh food. We appreciated that effortâuntil it never happened. We sat waiting another 27 minutes with no food, no communication, and no follow-up. After a total of 34 minutes of being ignored, we left.
This experience was not just disappointingâit was insulting. We made a deliberate choice to return based on a positive visit months ago, only to be met with poor service, cold food, and a lack of professionalism. I sincerely hope this is not reflective of the standards your brand upholds.
I would appreciate a call back to discuss how this situation will be addressed. This was a waste of our time and money, and I expect better from Hooters.
