Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Scottsboro

9 17 2023 Update...just stopped in after not eating there for 4 months...went in to order girl at the register said we are closed hatefully....i said your door says 930 she said its wrong and i said you need change the door and lock the door also if your closed she said it is i said well we got in if it is locked..we walked out the door and she slammed the door hatefully behind us...we choose where we eat so does everyone else..if you dont get better customer service then zaxbys is going to close within the next year at this location..thankful for chic fil a that just opened here... we will be sure to tell everyone our experience once again here at this zaxbys and we know alot of people in this town..we will not be eating here ever again..thanks for helping us to choose never to eat here again..

May 2023 This restaurant has become a joke..to many people in the back laughing and cutting up instead of getting the food out in a timely and efficient matter...the manager i spoke to yesterday doesnt know what hes doing..if he did he would get out of the office and make sure the orders are being filled probably and in a timely manner..Hes rude and incompetent in his duty..my wife and 2 coworkers put in separate orders on the app and by the time i got to zaxbys to pick it up it had been at least 10 minutes if not longer..they had 1 order done 5 or longer minutes later a 2nd order was done .i waited at least another 10 to 15 minutes after the 2nd order got out to me before the 3rd order was finally done..i ask to speak to the manager and he doesnt deserve to be a manager..incompetent rude and ineffective in getting the food out to zaxbys customers ..to much playing going on in the food prep area..zaxbys has went down hill fast with getting food out in a timely manner not to mention the orders are not always right on top of...

As someone who has worked at this zaxbys, ate here, and have to pick up door dash orders from here I highly recommend you don’t take the time out of your day to stop at this restaurant. ESPECIALLY DO NOT GET A JOB HERE. They will literally deny you your check because they have “pick up times” and “they can’t just quit what there doing to give you your check” when mind you half of the time the lady Anna is in the back office sitting on her butt doing nothing! It takes 10 seconds to give someone there check! On top of the fact that they are not allowed to deny you a check that is YOURS and that you worked for. Also let me add the manager Hailey tries to boss you around like a mother whether you’re a customer or an employee. I understand asking stuff from your employees or asking customers not to do something, but your not my mother don’t talk to me like you are. I’ve got chicken from this zaxbys multiple times that was literally a fried piece of PAPER! I’m not joking it was a battered and fried piece of paper. Also the owner Julie is completely rude and uncalled for! If you run into the manager lexi then you got lucky because she is the only one that will help you here. Also trying to pick up door dash orders here is horrible I have to wait 20-40 minutes everytime I go in to pick up a order! Overall...

Sorry service. I sit at the drive thru window for 5 minutes and after sitting there .while the employees were just standing around talking asked me to pull up. Then I sit another 15 minutes waiting on my food.i had to end up going in and getting it. They didn't even know what I had ordered, they tried giving me half of my order. When I got the food I opened mine up and the fries were ice cold. If you wait 20 minutes on food you expect it to be hot when you get it.Not to mention they were out of Dr pepper, diet Dr pepper and didn't offer to put lemon flavor in my sweet tea. I will never be back to Zaxby's in Scottsboro. They are rude . They don't care how long someone has to wait. Drive thru is supposed to be quick but I could have went in to a steak house and probably received my food faster. I didn't think it took 20 minutes to cook my food. And the funny thing is several cars behind me received there food. It's chicken fingers.probabaly what everyone ordered but for some reason I was the one that had to wait. Didn't even get an apology for having to wait or having to come in and get my own food after going...
