Jamba — Restaurant in Scottsdale

Before you take a moment to complain on here about someone you met for the first time today. No one that works here lives anywhere near here.

Anybody that lives here either lives in Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe or God knows maybe even further. If anyone has a Scottsdale address it is either the manager, the owner, and employee that lives with family, potentially a bored housewife, or someone who lives in such South Scottsdale they might as well be on campus at ASU

Everyone that works here has to drive at least 30 minutes to get here in 30 minutes to get home.

Gas is $5 a gallon literally. And we all know that valley Metro is not a sustainable choice for anybody. Especially not in this area. These buses that drive up and down around here are just there for decoration. Hardly anyone rides them except for the people that work in these businesses of course

So the next time you drive down from carefree to order something from here? Try to keep in mind that the person you're talking to does not come from a" safe and tax-free town" most of us they keep the city up we'll never be able to afford a place to live in Scottsdale as long as we live unless we get lucky or hit the lottery or something.

Alright so I’m back at my favorite Jamba Juice in the entire valley and the employees have all changed now a all girl crew there as of 10/27 night shift They are all so very nice!!! And hard workers to boot! The manager had them scrubbing the grout in between the tiles on the store floor. I felt that was a little uncalled for but duty calls. Nonetheless the girls working on the floor were happier than can be to clean the grout definitely doing it with all smiles. They even took the time to let me know about the buy one get one free special tomorrow. I am so impressed with the level of customer service from these girls, I felt the need to write a review and let the world know how truly awesome they are. They definitely all deserve a raise and a promotion. I would keep this crew working here for a while because they just made my overall Jamba Juice experience a whole lot better, as last time I was here it was all bad and the employees were rude as hell. I have been frequenting this location for the past several months, usually on a weekly basis, and have been thrilled by the above and beyond service I have received. However, today was not like my previous experiences. I usually place online orders as I am on the go performing my job duties as a nurse. Previously, when I arrive at the store, I am greeted with a smiling face and asked what I can be helped with. I advise that I placed an online order and if it hasn't been completed yet, they begin making the order for me. Today, the greeting didn't include the usual smiling face, and when asked what they could help with, after my usual response, I was advised that online ordering isn't available until 8:00, this was prior to that time, and that I'd have to wait until the time that the order states.
