New Review/September 2022: Every subsequent experience is much better than next but hardly ever when the unforgettable Yvonne is at the helm! Yet, my most recent dining experience of which I am delighted to comment on is that of "CARLA" who made it all worthwhile! Girl you da bomb and thanks for going out the way to greet and assist!

Summing it all up: Service with a smile, fast food (no pun intended) served promptly, delicious and hot! This Taco Bell is a staple for my colleagues and I of which I highly recommend! I just had to give this effervescent beauty (grace, service with a smile and poise) the huge shout of which it most certainly deserves! Thank you Carla for making every experience now coupled with yours a great one and most certainly memorable!

She is such a sweetheart and her attention to detail is outstanding as she exudes a genuine willingness to prepare your order to as close to perfection as it can possibly get and never falls short!

Taco Bell is so blessed to have you, and wishing you many wonderful years of success! Thanks for the memorable dining experiences by virtue of your thoughtfulness alone which always makes dining at Taco Bell a superb one!

Older Review/May 2022: In the last two weeks during lunchtime, my colleague's and I have had been there three times as the service was superb! It was a bit of a wait but well worth it and I have no complaints as the service and the food made up for it.

Hence; the food was hot, thoughtfully prepared, and quite yummy which as duly noted resulted in subsequent visits, not to mention you can get an entire meal deal from $5.00 - $8.00 with a beverage of your choice included.

A noteworthy mention/shout-out is to the server during those visits whose name I cannot recollect, however her exceptional customer service I can warrants this review!

She indicated she was new employee and her first day and she did spectacular! Service with a smile, gracious and charming was she and you'd never have knew she was as she was so professional. Stars across the board and thanks for the great...

They NEVER get my order right. Whether that is drive thru, register and/or kiosk. (With the exception of the shortest Hispanic female cook and the drive thru lady). Today my friend and I ordered our food on the kiosk then proceeded to the counter for her drink cup. I asked the man at the counter if there was any way to modify my order... He took sooo long trying to figure it out hinself that my food came out (it wasn't until after I got my food that he went to try and get assistance). I just said never mind and we waited for my friends drink cup. He asked us over and over if she had paid. Which we proved we did with the receipt that was EMAILED to her. We then started walking outside to my car and he actually Raced to my car and knocked on my window as I was PULLING OUT. He then stuck his Head in my WINDOW in my PERSONAL Space and Continued to accuse us of not paying which we AGAIN showed the receipts. He was looking right at it asking how much we paid and asking for her name (WHICH WE ALREADY EXPLAINED THAT MY FRIENDS NAME IS NOT AMARA ITS LAMB!) He still kept his head in my car window while he was trying to figure it out and murmured to himself how "stupid" he is. It took him about an additional few seconds to Finally get his head out so I can leave.

I have never felt this accused, terrorized and threatened by a TACO BELL employee. This was unacceptable behavior and We did not...

In the 20+ (or so) times I have visited this Taco Bell location, they have gotten my order right approximately 5 times. I just ordered a steak quesadilla, 2 nachos, a 4 pack of Cinnabon bites, and an XL Baja Blast MD. I got home and I have a 2 pack of Cinnabon bites and only one nacho. I will take part of the blame for not checking my order. But really guys...it's not AP calculus. It shouldn't be THAT difficult to get an order correct.

I would strongly suggest you check your food to see if they got your order correct, if you decide to visit this location.

EDIT Also, half of my quesadilla has no steak. Or cheese. It's literally just a tortilla. Joy upon joys. Revising from 2 stars to 1 star.

EDIT 2 Just went back to have my order corrected (the first time I've done this) and the first gentleman I spoke with at the first window was very understanding and said no problem we'll fix it for you.

However, the next guy I interacted with (at the second window) was incredibly rude and definitely said something disrespectful under his breath as the window was closing. I was very respectful during the whole encounter and I even offered to pay for half the cost of the quesadilla since I did get one good half. I was very turned off by this experience and I won't be visiting this Taco Bell...
