Sweet Scape Bakery is a must-visit destination for anyone with a sweet tooth! With its incredible cupcakes, exceptional service, and friendly staff, it's a standout bakery...

One star is too many. What is an appropriate rating for cupcakes with critters??? Purchased $169 worth of mini cupcakes only to discover bugs baked in-free of charge. Called on Sunday and left a lengthy voicemail-never received a call back. I had to call again on Tuesday and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Told Maya what happened-she was not the least bit apologetic or more concerning...she didn't act surprised. Said she would leave a message for the owner....really? It didn't take long to see where she received her customer service training...look no further than the rude, inconsiderate, unapologetic b** from across the pond-the owner Bev. The cupcakes were purchased for a 3 year old's birthday party on Saturday. Upon discovering the bugs, pictures were taken and alternate arrangements made before any of the bugs were consumed. Ms. Personality (Bev) expressed no concern or offered any type of amends. She refused to provide a refund because we didn't keep bug ridden cupcakes in our possession for four days.

We have been patrons of 21 Cakes for over 12 years and used them for many, many events. This of course was prior to the new owner who hopefully will be out of business soon. The place has definitely gone downhill in quality and customer service. Don't be fooled by all the great reviews over the years...she wasn't the owner then.

I had the tea service at SweetScpae today, and it was exactly everything I hoped it would be. I cannot say enough good things about our warm and inviting experience, and the excellent food and drink that we had. I walked by the bakery by chance and the beautiful tearoom in the front of the shop immediately caught my eye. When I called to reserve a table, they made sure to collect any dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences, and explained all they had to offer along with the very reasonable price. We had the loveliest time. We had the most delicious herbal tea, the sandwiches were so excellent even my child loved them, and the desserts were absolutely perfect. They even brought out a special dessert for one of our birthdays. The size and feel of the bakery/tearoom is just perfect. It serves as a bakery, and also has four tables in the front for the tea service or eat it desserts, decorated like a classic tearoom. It's so pretty and charming, and the perfect size for a traditional yet modern, and comfortable yet special experience. We got to chat with the owner and chef, Patrick, and felt so taken care of. We appreciate not only the quality but the obvious care they have for this place and the people who come there. We will undoubtedly be returning and are so happy to have a new...
