Terrible Experience!

I ordered online to “skip the line,” expecting faster service as advertised. When I arrived, I was completely ignored. The woman behind the counter saw me walk in but didn’t acknowledge me at all. Instead, she started making two acai bowls, chopping apples, strawberries, and other ingredients, all while my drink—already paid for and ready—sat just steps behind her. After about 10 minutes, I politely said, “Excuse me, I’m here for a pick-up for Bryanna.” She stared at me, then said, “Okay, I’ll be with you in a minute.” Despite this, she immediately grabbed 2 cups and began making two parfaits, rather than handing me my drink, which could have been done in less than 30 seconds.

I waited another 10 minutes before a different employee walked out, quickly grabbed my drink, handed it to me, and said, “Thank you” in under 30 seconds I was out the door. That’s how long it would’ve taken the first employee to just hand me my drink, with no extra steps involved—no checkout, no additional preparation. Yet, instead of doing the simple task of handing me my order, the first employee chose to ignore me and continue preparing four different items.

Not only did I not “skip the line” as promised, but I also never received even the smallest gesture of acknowledgment or courtesy. I patiently waited for her to finish making the bowls before asking for my order, but she instead decided to make 2 other items. The parfaits. While my drink sat untouched behind her. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Especially since the reason for ordering online was so that I could walk in and have my order be done. Which it was, and all that needed to happen was her hand it to me.

The main issue here is that the employees need training. They need to learn to acknowledge customers when they arrive. And they need to learn to take five seconds to pass the order to a customer who’s already paid, since the order is...

I am utterly appalled by the abysmal experience we endured at Nekter Juice Bar in North Scottsdale. Having previously enjoyed friendly service and properly packaged catering from this location, our recent encounter was nothing short of a nightmare. Without any prior notification at pickup, the packaging method was changed, resulting in juice spilling all over the back of our car. When we called to inform the center, hoping they could learn from this mishap to prevent future issues for other catering customers, we were met with nothing but attitude and rudeness. We weren’t seeking a refund, merely an apology and assistance in contacting management to discuss the matter further, especially since our car required detailing due to the mess. Instead, over the course of three phone calls, we encountered the most disgusting behavior imaginable, with absolutely zero apologies. This level of unprofessionalism is inexcusable. We will NEVER purchase from or work with Nekter again and highly recommend others to avoid...

Let's be real! If you dont look like you have money then you won't get the exact same service as you should. Zero acknowledgement when standing in front of the menu as if I wasn't there to order a drink. They clearly market themselves as a place for the rich only because why would they stand there and look at me when I am in front of the cash register. The employees up front were not friendly at all and gave poor customer service and I am sure they get paid less then anyone coming in to buy a drink but apparently they are on their high horse. Not only that, I paid $14.86 after tax for a runny peanut butter protein smoothie that tasted like I was drinking a glass of peanut butter chocolate milk. I can't understand why anyone would buy an overpriced drink that is made with zero pride. No value at all to your purchase. The only thing nice about this place is the decorations.
