we ordered an italian sub, which comes with standard veggie options. when asked if we wanted anything additional, said no. apparently the employee thought that meant we didn’t want lettuce, tomato, onion, the veggies that are automatic. so when we opened the sandwich it was essentially a meat and cheese which was not what we wanted. either this person isn’t suited for the communication of their job or they need to train better, either way very disappointing.
