we ordered an italian sub, which comes with standard veggie options. when asked if we wanted anything additional, said no. apparently the employee thought that meant we didn’t want lettuce, tomato, onion, the veggies that are automatic. so when we opened the sandwich it was essentially a meat and cheese which was not what we wanted. either this person isn’t suited for the communication of their job or they need to train better, either way very disappointing. I was not the person that picked up the sandwich but the other person that did was very upset when they relayed this to me once we realized the error. paid full price for a half size sandwich almost, even tho veggies are cheaper it is not the italian #13 that they sell without everything so it should have...

Very disappointed. I just spent nearly $50 including a $10 tip that unfortunately wasn't deserved. I got there and 7 workers were standing around and even leaning on the register! They really didn't look enthused to have their only customer order. I got a chicken bacon ranch sub that was 80% veggies with bacon so salty I couldn't finish it. My boyfriend got a tuba sub and paid $2.50 for extra meat with the thinnest layer of tuna it barely covered the sub!! The rest was vegi. If they can't turn their game around they won't be...

The experience I just had was downright disgusting not one had a name tag on so you can’t complain by name on the grill the young man didn’t even want to be there the girl that was talking to the guy cutting on the slicer was so busy talking and touching his hair and talking to him that she didn’t even realize anybody was around and then when I said to him, the kid on the slicer could I please have extra Peppers and onions on my cheesesteak, I said it normally it doesn’t take this long? He goes well online orders come first...
