Little Mia's Pizza — Restaurant in Seaside Heights

Ordered from here twice after moving to the area and I don't think we'll be doing so again, even if their pizza is pretty good.

Order #1: Pizza arrived cold, still tasted good and they might have been really busy so we didn't mind. Wings were great and the order was accurate. The girl at the counter couldn't have been more inconvenienced by my phone order from the get-go though.

Order #2: My husband ordered this time, the same exact order. Pizza was warm, yay! Unfortunately, there was no sauce with the wings or on the wings. We ordered hot wings, not fried chicken. I went to go hunt in the fridge for sauce while my husband called to let the restaurant know. I work front desk at a restaurant - I know how terrible some customers can be and we make a point to be as polite and respectful as possible when we're customers. So he nicely told the girl who answered that, not a big deal, but we didn't get any sauce and we have some at home, and he just wanted to let them know for the next time. The girl immediately got angry and claimed she tossed the wings herself and there was definitely sauce! ..there wasn't. I have a picture plainly showing a container of plain fried chicken wings.

We're disappointed with how this was handled and the poor customer service interaction. Good pizza doesn't make...

Dirty & disorganized. The woman at the cou Ter was beyond rude and stole 10$ from me. I originally came to this place to get their 6.95$ two plain slices with a can soda special & intended on getting 2 spending a total of what $14.50 or so? The woman suggested I get a pie at that price because a pie comes out to $18.65. I handed my boyfriend EXACT change and after five mines of her getting flustered with two other customers says we only gave her 8.00$ Instead of letting us speak to a manager she rudely keeps insisting we didn't pay her exact change when I know for a fact I counted it all out prior to paying her because I took the 14$ back and added 4.65$ to it. This place was beyond dishonest, and rude leaving me to leave with ONLY two sloppy tiny slices and a can since I was robbed of my last 10$. Mind you I'm also pregnant and homeless so this was a MAJOR blow to my funds and barely fed one let alone two. The people here didn't even try to accommodate or take fault on any part. I order for delivery so I don't know about atmosphere what I do know is the hours reposted for Christmas and then they were open.I ordered online which came to eighty four dollars and change with tip of 20$$ and my food never came because they were closed . Im still disputing the and haven't recieved my money or a phone call back from management. It's really sad that they haven't tried to make this right. I have been a customer there for 10 + years.and would order at least 2 twice a month most of the time once a week. Since there business has expanded the food has been horrible and really oily and I'm not talking pizza I never order there pizza may 5 times in 10 years . Super disappointed.
