KFC — Restaurant in Seaside

Staff is slow and unprofessional. The cashier would not allow us to deviate on the sides for the $20 fill up so we had to spend much more on the 12 piece meal. Where I'm from, the KFC does not force customers to get 2 large mashed potatoes but this location does not pride itself in customer service.

When they called us up to get our order, we were informed that they were 5 pieces short to fill the order. Funny. Seems like they could have been more accommodating on the $20 fill up instead.

The employee and person that informed us that they could not complete our order ( who I suspect was the manager) actually walked away from us while we tried to decide whether we wanted 5 thighs to fill the order (they gave us 1 breast in total) or if we wanted something else. Apparently her time was more valuable than ours because we waited 20 minutes for our order in the first place and she couldn't wait 20 seconds before walking away without saying a word about how she needed to walk away.

This store is clearly only worried about their bottom line since they price gouge. They even had a less expensive deal on the BACK of their display stand that would have been cheaper and had the right amount of food for me and my family. No one bothered offering it to us. We saw it after paying..

In the end, they not only shorted us on the chicken meal that we paid for, they also did not provide us with the plates, honey, butter and silverware that we requested. We were in town on vacation and all of that would have been nice since we were...

The food couldn't have been any better! I recognized the owner as being the old Marina owner before that store closed down. I am glad they are still running a KFC. They always get everything right. Service with a smile as well even through the drive-thru which is refreshing. Chicken was so fresh and delicious. Not dry and super juicy and the skin was extra crispy just like I asked. As stupid as it sounds, was the best Dr pepper we've had. Which means they take care of the carbonation in the sodas' machine. I wish they would open a store back up in Marina, but I will come here in the meantime. So relieved to see that these...

I had a horrible experience. The young cashier was friendly and accurate. The man handling my food touched my food after making change for the cashier. The kitchen area is filthy and the chicken was undercooked. I will never go back to this location. $30 for food we couldn't eat.

Edit 7/31/23 That was the worst fast food experience of my life. And our chicken was under cooked. The employees were too busy gossiping. I had a mobile order and 4 people were served before me while I waited 20 minutes after the pick up time. This was absolutely...
