Find this cozy hideaway on the second floor in the Oddfellows building — perfect for a first date, catching up with friends, or realizing you’ve wandered into a modern-day Cheers (where everybody might not know your name, but they know Seattle booze). Bonus: prime people-watching from your perch next to the newly renovated Reverie Ballroom. (You might even get swept onto the dance floor — or at least fantasize about it.)

My friends were already discovering scotches. (Cue drink envy: I shamelessly stole the snifter.) To avoid inevitable heartbreak, I normally order neat — but the Art Table (king cubes, curated apéritifs, and cocktails like “Oaxacan Velvet”) proved alluring. I asked the bartender to surprise me…

Out sauntered a glamorous, leggy coupe, crowned with stunning, silky foam. True alchemists, they crafted an equally indulgent zero-proof twin for another friend. My cocktail? Decadent, herbaceous with a hint of sweetness — the nuanced balance of a master bartender. (Yes, I shamelessly licked the last bit of foam.)

I have got to say, every single time I come here it’s a treat. I’m a huge fan! Their drinks are amazing - always insanely delicious but also pretty and artistic - because they have total genius bartenders. Even if sometimes you don’t really know what you are in the mood for (me), or are just feeling wildly indecisive (also me), they always give you something epically yummy. 🤤 Plus the food is crazy-good and interesting. Most importantly, the whole staff, is always really friendly and welcoming, and for me the vibe is impeccable. Big ole chef’s kiss!

I think a lot what makes it fun is just quality ambience. They always have excellent music and nice moody, lighting, and there’s all this great art and fun velvety furniture. 😁 It makes you feel like you’re on fancy night out, but it’s somehow still kind of cozy and intimate so you end up having all these great conversations. Pretty ideal for dates… 😉or just hanging out with friends.

Even if you just randomly happen to be in the area, I’d say it’s definitely worth bopping on upstairs and...

In all sincerity, The Art Table is fantastic. The space is both elegant & cozy, and no matter where you look, there is some fantastic piece of unique art to peruse.
