I’ve been to this neighborhood coffee shop many times in the past and have always had a positive experience. However, on my most recent visit, I was disappointed by the rude attitude encountered from the staff. I simply asked for an explanation of a menu item, and was met with a dismissive and unhelpful response—this happened twice during my same visit. It was clear that the staff member wasn’t in a good mood. I understand everyone has off days, but this type of customer service is not acceptable nor appropriate, it’s unfortunate that this one interaction left a negative impression.
