Rollie Williams is an outstanding personal trainer who has transformed my approach to fitness and health. Working with him has been one of the best decisions I've made.
He has extensive knowledge in nutrition and fitness, but his teaching style is what truly sets him apart. He explains not just what to do, but whyâhelping me understand the reasoning behind every exercise and nutrition recommendation. This approach has empowered me to make better choices even outside our sessions.
What I appreciate most is his attention to my personal goals and how he adapts as they evolve. I started focused on base health and strength, then wanted to add weight loss. He seamlessly adjusted our approach and helped me develop practical strategies for nutrition tracking, protein intake, and calorie management that fit my lifestyle.
Rollie creates a completely supportive, non-judgmental environment with his warm personality and great conversational style. His patience and encouragement have been crucial in keeping me motivated and pushing through challenges. It's clear he genuinely cares about his clients' success, and his consistent communication and reliability make it easy to stay on track. Under his guidance, I've also developed much better body awareness and movement technique.
He is an exceptional trainer who combines deep expertise with genuine care for your success. He's helped me get stronger and healthier while developing the knowledge and confidence to maintain these improvements long-term. I highly recommend him to anyone serious about their...
Read moreI did the free week trial for this place and came in during normal "Prime Time" hours. PROS:: Let me say this place is VERY clean. Spray bottle and rag at every machine and bench. It smells good and the bathrooms are clean as well. CONS:: For someone who lifts every day and wants to build muscle this gym is not for you. the lack of diversity in machines is due to the SIZE of the gym itself. Example: there are TWO squat racks that double as Bench Press (if you move a seat over to them) SO if I go in for leg day and want to use the rack, I have to wait for people to be done Bench Pressing and vice-versa... 1 free weight leg press is taxing when there is a line to use it. The free weight section is...crammed Id say.. You'd have to make sure the area is clear to do a DB fly or One Arm Row. IN A NUT SHELL, this place is ok for beginners who dont really know much about a gym, or someone who just uses cardio machines. i WOULD NOT SUGGEST getting a trainer here (unless it is the big body builder guy) As I saw two trainers teach their clients wrong form on multiple exercises.[[ Im a personal trainer for LA fitness, not just blowing smoke]] . FOR $50.00 A MONTH this place isnt worth your money. 1.) Size 2.)lack of diversity 3.)not great trainers (my opinion) 4.) prime time is a nightmare due to all of the previous points. OH I almost forgot. the Staff is MIA sometimes which...
Read moreTLDR: If you are interested in a personal trainer look no further than Rollie
My partner and I have been training with Rollie for the past three months here, and we honestly couldnât have asked for a better experience. We came in with very different backgrounds and goals, and Rollie has met us where we were starting at.
From the beginning, Rollie has created a space that feels safe, supportive, and actually enjoyable (even when weâre working hard!). Heâs incredibly knowledgeable, but where he really shines is how he teaches. He takes the time to explain not just what weâre doing, but whyâwhich has helped me build not just strength and confidence, but a real understanding of my own body and how to support it.
Beyond the physical progress (which has been super exciting to see!!) Iâve noticed how much better I feel day-to-day. Iâm more energized, more aware of how I move, and actually look forward to being in the gym (most days haha).
Rollie is just a genuinely kind human who clearly cares deeply about his clients. If youâre considering personal training, I canât...
