I stopped in here on the way home from an appointment. It was delicious. I did like that they let you order the kids bowl that has less fish and around the same amount of toppings. I could’ve used a little more time to explore the toppings because I think I got one less that I was supposed to. Everything looks fresh and there’s more selection than you find at a regular poke place. There was also other food items to get if you weren’t feeling poke or wanted to make it a more well-rounded meal.

It was ok I was only one in the store. Its was 17 dollars for a bowl .customer service was ok.after tipping I asked 4 sauce he barely gave it to me.he made it seem as he was doing me a favor. It was simply ok.Just went back on july28 today and it was much better the mean seems to have it together now .love it

First time trying Just Poke, ended up at the Queen Anne location. I was instantly greeted by June, Thomas and Shivan. They helped explain the menu and how everything works. The food was fresh and genuinely awesome, they definitely earned a repeat customer.

The Poke I ordered ended up being soggy at the bottom with too much sauce. It’s common sense that all you need to do is drizzle it on lightly on top. Instead it was pooled at the bottom, making the rice all soggy and overpowering the other ingredients.

But the worst part about this place was the order I placed for pickup was missing an item. Apparently since they were out of supplies. There was no attempt made on their part to alert me to this before I arrived or to scratch that charge. I didn’t realize this until I had reached my car and went back into the restaurant to either receive the item or get it refunded. The lady working the front apologized and informed me that the item would be refunded to my account. As proof of this she gave me a small business card letting me know the item wasn’t available…………no I’m not kidding …………a business card ………….to let me know the item was not available at this time…………right because I wouldn’t have known this otherwise. What is this place.

So of course I get the receipt the next day to confirm the charge. And what do you know…………. I was still charged for the item. To make matters worse the lady asked me if I would like to order more food as a replacement………of course because since you got my order wrong the first time I'm going to reward you with buying more food. Call it fraud or theft, whatever the case, they’ve got some very special people working here.

Response to the owner below:

It looks like you didn’t comprehend the review. The refund needed to be for a missing item that was not placed with my pickup. There was more than one item in my order besides the unsatisfactory Poke Bowl. Which again, was...

I had reviewed this place a while back because they were running a promotion to get people to leave reviews. I had originally posted : “Always great food and service”, but since then things have changed. The last few times I’ve visited this location or others, the food AND service get worse every time. Last time I literally walked out before the worker even started my order because of her poor attitude. I was not about to pay $20 for a subpar poke bowl from someone with crappy customer service. The rice at this location is always undercooked and there is always someone new working.

The previous time I had been to a just poke location, it was closer to closing, and the guy making my bowl was being stingy with the rice. I didn’t think much of it until I saw my friend order next to me and get a larger portion of rice. When I asked him for more rice, he said no because they were running low. Then when I asked for a second scoop of cucumber, the manager exclaimed that I had to pay extra…. For cucumber…. When they had already shorted me on the rice.

I will never eat at a Just Poke again. Do yourself a favor and support a local poke shop even if it’s further away. This company blew up and has made the owners rich I’m sure, but they have lost the quality care and craftsmanship it takes to make a GOOD poke bowl. I never expected them to be great, but there is only so much I can over look after continually...

Let me tell you about my last two visits.

I usually walk in and wonder why the shop is empty - nobody behind the counter, and just a few customers sitting down idling. Oh wait! After a few moments, when it's clear that I'm actually considering buying poke, and I'm willing to wait around for a moment, one of the idling potheads will sigh, audibly, stand up from their laptops, drop their headphones, and slouch over to stand behind the counter.

My experience rarely turns upward here. It's like I'm a dentist pulling teeth; the attendant will sigh, or roll their eyes, or rush you through every step of the way. Do you want to ask about which sauces are available? "Hey man, there's a sign right there." is the response, delivered with attitude.

Once you've finished inconveniencing the duo, who wear no uniforms nor aprons nor hair nets or hats, will ring you up and before you've gotten out the door - yup, you guessed it. Back at the laptop, headphones on, jacket up, hood pulled up.

Who owns this place? Do they understand that this puts customers off? Once was bad, but twice - I'm done visiting this shop. It just...
