Most of the cannoli's here have the same cream but vary the toppings - I opted for the cookies and cream topping. The cannoli was pretty solid. It's clearly freshly made after your order is placed. I really liked the sweetened ricotta filling throughout - it's got the perfect texture of what the cannoli filling should be, and isn't overly sweet either. The fried dough that forms the tube is pretty good as well. It's not *incredibly* crunchy, but it does a pretty good job of holding its shape and being satisfying to bite into. The cookie topping is also solid The only issue with this was the price. For a relatively small cannoli - around 60 grams - it cost $6, which is pretty expensive. Even if you wanted 6 for example, you'd still be paying upwards of $30, which is just not worth it in my opinion. Overall, it's an expensive cannoli, but honestly a pretty solid one that I enjoyed. 7.25/10

A tasty treat destination. Fancy, fun cannolis served in a modern, upscale dessert cafe. It delivers on the premise. You can get sweet treats and drinks. The main feature, the cannolis, come with several topping options. They were all pretty good so I think you’ll be pleased with whatever strikes your fancy. They have a selection of other snacks and drinks as well. The real standout of my order was the gelato milkshake I had. Super tasty. Makes me confident in the rest of the menu. The staff was attentive and nice. It took a minute to get my food, but considering they’re putting together all those cannolis by hand, it makes sense. The store was nice and had a good amount of seating for this kind of establishment. It’s a little sterile, but fine. Everything is a little pricey, but the quality for that price is there. If you’re nearby and looking for a fancy dessert, this is a great choice.

We came by yesterday for the opening after being hyped for weeks (months?) and it did not disappoint! We got the pistachio and chocolate cannoli as well as the dark hot chocolate. The cannoli was crispy and flavorful. The cream reminded me of donut glaze a bit, and it was authentically cool. I believe it was being made in the kitchen on demand. The dark hot chocolate struck a great balance of not being too sweet and not being bitter either which we loved! While this is place shows as takeout, they do have a surprising amount of seating, and we confirmed with the owners that they’re actually open until 11 and it wasn’t a mistake on Maps, so it seems like the first non-alcoholic chill spot in SLU! We’re looking forward to returning for other flavors and to try the milkshakes, cheesecakes, and pastries as well!

Wish I could rate zero stars. Extremely overpriced and definitely doesn't live up to the hype. Had cannolis and cheesecakes delivered. The "cheesecake" (if you could call it that) tasted like it was purely whipped cream, but it was somehow worse than if it had been made purely of whipped cream or CoolWhip. The crust would have been better if it were actual Graham crackers, it was soggy and flavorless. The entire thing left me very disappointed and wishing for Cheesecake Factory instead (at least I get good flavor with my calories there). Which is sad after paying $65 for 2 tiny cheesecakes and 6 assorted large cannolis. On to the cannolis. They are large, not in a way I found appealing. Too too much filling that had very little flavor other than sweet. I do not recommend and do not understand the...
