I love the burger and fries it was great which is why I decided to get again today, just 2 weeks later. For those who don’t know it’s a ghost kitchen so you pick up your food in a locker. When you book directly on THEIR website it gives you just a code not a q&r code which is fine because I was able to type it in manually on the tablet the first time but today was an issue. It didn’t give me the option and I struggled for about 10-15 minutes. I called the number to let them know and the lady said she would send someone out to assist. I asked if I can get my milkshake done again since it was probably melted and she said no and that I should’ve called earlier. Little things like that makes me feel some type of way as a paying customer especially since it was an issue on their end. Been a huge support of these guys for months. Love their food. But this will sadly be the last time I order from here. Placed $120 worth of food and shakes. Locker C3 is where my food comes out. Just a bag. No shakes. I know this as there is no drink carrier. I don't leave the building but go right to the window and call support. Support says they will call me back. Support calls back and tells me someone there saw me leave the building with the shakes and come back. I don't know how anyone would see anything as they are all behind a wall.

She tells me they have to review tapes with corporate security. And IF they deem I wasn't at fault they will refund the money. This is my new go-to fast food burger place - I think I've eaten here four times in the last three weeks. They're very fast, and pickup is super easy: there's a locker with your food in it, they send you a text with a link to open the locker, and that's it!

It's a simple menu: smash burgers with a few toppings (tomato, lettuce, American cheese, beef bacon, caramelized onions, sauces), fries and milk shakes. The burger tastes great and is nicely crispy around the edges. The fries are battered and double fried, I'm pretty sure - they are nicely crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and hold up well for takeout.
