I just got done eating at this place, and it blew me away. If you're from out of town like me, let me give you an idea of their menu and pricing. This is by no means the cheapest burger joint. Most burgers on their menu cost around $8-$10, and then fries and drinks are extra. So you're definitely looking at a more premium price point than a typical fast food joint. However, unlike many other "upscale" burger places which charge more but then give you a burger that isn't anything to write home about and expect you to tip them for bringing it to you, this one backs up those prices with seriously good burgers and large portions.
You do not want to come here if you're on a strict diet. I'm a pretty big eater, and this is one of the few burgers I've ever struggled to finish because I was so full. Which is exactly what I wanted after spending most of the day traveling without food. More importantly, the food tasted fantastic. The beef was excellent without being extremely greasy, it was loaded with premium ingredients like large onion rings, avocado, and thick slices of Swiss cheese, and the fries were really crispy in a good but not burnt way. They also have Fuze raspberry iced tea as a drink option, which I strongly believe should be mandatory at any establishment wishing to accommodate those of us who prefer our drinks without carbonation.
On the hierarchy of common burger chains, I tend to put Wendy's at the very top. Their combos are not the cheapest among fast food chains, but they always leave you full and satisfied, and the beef tastes significantly better than most other chains. A close second for me would be In N' Out, largely because Wendy's burgers are the definition of American excess and greasiness, so In N' Out offers a more reasonably sized (and priced) burger. If I were comparing Just Burgers to those, I'd seriously consider ranking it as my new #1. The meal was definitely on the bigger side like a typical Wendy's combo, but for only marginally higher cost, you get those unique combinations of premium ingredients which elevate the burger to a higher tier than what you can even find in a place like Wendy's or In N' Out. They have options like salmon, interesting sauces, surf n' turf that comes topped with shrimp, etc. I'm not sure how widespread the chain The Counter is, as I've only seen a couple of locations in the South SF Bay Area, but that's easily the closest direct comparison I've tried, and it's typically even more expensive once you start adding all the options. Basically, what I'm trying to say is, if you're looking to spend a little more than typical fast food prices on a burger that justifies the price, you can't go wrong with this place. It's way better than a lot of the more restaurant-ish burger places like Red Robin or, Heaven forbid, Smashburger. If I'm ever in the area again for work or pleasure, I'll make sure...

For everyone that loves long reviews, I’m here to deliver! Had a very, very…. Very disappointing experience at Just Burger. We climbed at the newly opened SBP udistrict, and decided a late night burger was exactly what was on the dinner menu. Lo and behold, just burger was less than 100 feet away!
We walked into Just Burger, and there wasn’t an employee in sight. Instead, all the staff were sat at the tables looking at their phones- honestly, I don’t really care about that sort of thing. You want to relax, you do you. But now I’m salty, so I’m mentioning it.
We self-ordered at an iPad. Two burgers, a chocolate milkshake, and sweet potato fries. For burger #1, we ordered a southwest on a gluten free bun. For burger #2, we ordered a Katsu on a normal bun. Fries and milkshake arrived first.
Milkshake: the worst, least flavorful chocolate milkshake I’ve ever tasted. Like…. Really bad. Not a big deal - we were there for the burgers!
Sweet potato fries: When these came out, they actually looked delicious. They were just the right color and consistency. It was misleading though - I didn’t know it was possible to make bad sweet potato fries - but these were actually the worst, least flavorful, soggy, unsalty sweet potato fries I’ve ever had. They tasted like nothing. The natural sweetness was gone. Not even a bit of salt. A bummer…. But that’s okay! Maybe the burgers would be good?
Our to-go bag of burgers came out. We drove home, and excitedly unwrapped our burgers. I took out the southwest burger (the GF), but immediately became suspicious of the very not GF looking bun. We then looked over at the Katsu burger, which appeared to be on a thin, GF looking English muffin. Normally, we would have switched - but the Katsu burger was breaded chicken. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat it.
Hungry, with no food in the fridge, I had no choice but to drive back to Just Burger and request my order be corrected. I walked in and decided I might as well make sure I got the wrong bun before I asked them to remake it, so I asked to see the gluten free bun.
The employee informed me that, while she could show me the GF bun, every single one of their patties had flour in them. Which was stated NOWHERE on the menu! So, it ended up being a good thing they messed up my order - because everything they have has gluten in it!
To the restaurant: for those of us with allergies or serious diseases like celiac, please please please clearly state when an item that literally NEVER has flour in it, has flour in it!...

On July 29th, 2021, Ordered the Cali burger w/ coke and sweet potato fries and the bacon cheeseburger via website which was delivered by Door Dash (the worst).
Once delivered: I Informed the door dasher items were missing and he stated he’d run back to get them. Never returned.
I attempted to call JustBurgers, multiple times, to inform them of the issue and they never answered.
Also tried calling the dasher on the number he called from and he didn’t answer.
Called DoorDash and though they “attempted” to contact JustBurgers and the dasher, neither answered. So I was told to call back tomorrow, worthless service. I requested they remove the tip for the dasher and they stated they would reimburse me that amount, we’ll see about that.
I ended up walking to JustBurgers with my ticket from the delivery bag to get the items I was missing. I informed 1 of 5 workers who were standing there about the issue. The worker was very assistive and took the blame for not verifying all items were placed in the bag, however another employee grabbed a cup of cold fries and put it down on the counter (very dismissive). The prior worker grabbed them and placed them in a bag with another cup of fries as a gift for the mistake. Both fries were cold. I informed them of the call attempts and they blew me off with the excuse of “we were very busy”. Though this may be true, however I don’t need excuses I want results as a consumer.
Only half of each burger was eaten, due to the lack of flavor and the patty being dry and dense, like chewing up beef tissue. Aioli on the cali burger was lacking in flavor as well. Rewarmed the fries to be unimpressed as well.
Waste of $40.98..
Kevin I’m sure you’ll be reading this and replying to it like all the other negative reviews but please save your apology and attempt at an excuse for the terrible food you...
