We've gone twice in the last week and both times had a great dining experience! The restaurant is immaculate and so is the restroom; same goes for the food prep area. It's extra reassuring that the staff wears gloves when preparing your food. Although pricey, the food is delicious, well portioned, and very appetizing in its presentation. Colors abound and ingredients are always fresh, from the bread and buns, to the microgreens and avocado - no wilty or brown bits! Customization options are plentiful and allow you to modify your order just the way you'd like it with add-ins or removals; even the protein can be customized as soy/tofu, etc.
We enjoyed the Gangam Style burger and Banh Mi the first time, and the Avocado toast the next. The toast's secret sauce is the plum jam which adds a hint of sweetness and spice to the savory toast. Bonus points for both the extra crispy crinkle fries/tater tots which do not become soggy due to being air fried, and for the music not being obnoxiously loud (which I find to be irritatingly common these days).
If you're in the downtown Seattle area and are looking for a healthy, tasty, quick bite, you can't go wrong exploring their menu! Oh, and I never caught the name of the man who prepared the food, but he was kind, efficient, and made sure to check if everything was alright with our meal.

Read moreWas denied my MealPal lunch as I was late due to work. I understand food trucks have timings for pickup but I don’t know what’s the excuse for a restaurant. Worst thing is they did not refund or canceled the order. Poor customer experience and never coming here again.
EDIT: In response to business reply - So let me get this straight — you prepared my meal but refused to give it to me because I arrived late? Then what happened to the meal that was supposedly made? If you decided not to serve it, why didn’t you cancel or refund the order from your end? Had I not contacted MealPal, you would’ve simply kept the payment.
Also, suggesting I rate MealPal instead of you feels like deflecting responsibility. MealPal actually helped resolve the issue — your team didn’t. This isn’t about the platform; it’s about customer experience, empathy, and basic accountability, which were clearly missing here. Instead of shifting blame, maybe focus on genuine customer experience and owning up when things go wrong.
At the end of the day, I left without the food I ordered for — that’s the real issue here, not the platform you’re...
Read moreRude staff, we were gruffly told to order at the terminal (which we can’t without a US cell number and we are from the UK).
She came to take our order and said we can’t substitute anything out of the shakes even though they’re freshly made. A bit useless if you are allergic to peanut butter!
I feel sorry for the business owner because your staff members do not care about your customers at all.
Update: The business has responded to this review with inaccurate information.
At no point did a staff member “approach” us — we were shouted at from the back of the store and told to use the ordering terminal. I had to raise my voice to explain we couldn’t do so as we didn’t have a US cell number. Only then did she reluctantly come over to assist us.
There was no explanation of flavour profiles. The only thing said was, “We don’t do substitutions”, at which point we decided to leave as the staff member seemed completely unhelpful and unfriendly.
It’s disappointing that, rather than acknowledging the experience, the business has chosen to post a...
